Arrived at aprox. 12:45 pm. Thursday 03/30/2017. Placed order at the counter, my dearest friend paid for both of our meals. Than we went to find our table. We got comfortable, than we arouse to go get our utensils and found the butter knife was dirty with dry lettuce on it. Went back to the table. I asked for the Manager. He came over apologized took the knife. Than we had to ask for our side dishes twice. Which were sautéed mushrooms and a small baguette bread. Our order was placed at our table. My friend was not satisfied with her meal it was so dry, she was expecting moister and flavorful French food. Considering the dishes served at this restaurant are a little pricy. We also brought this issue to the Managers attention and asked for the bill to be credited for her plate due to the fact that she did not eat even 1/2 of her plate. He offered pastry, baguettes, and something else. I do not recall. We both said no Thank you! We would like the plate credited. He walked away and said nothing and did nothing. We stayed to chat a while at the table to see if he would return. He never did. We asked the waitress for iced water so we could wait. Than the water was brought out to us and my friends water glass was dirty. Now! What kind of Restaurant servers you with dirty dishes and does not credit the meal which was not any good or offer to replace it with a new order ( the same order that was originally ordered) not pastrys and baguettes. He did not credit her card for the meal. Really! How dis courteous is that. Does anyone out there think that we will ever return to this Restaurant. I DO NOT THINK SO! Will be reporting to the Health Department.

My friend and I went there yesterday. We had amazing food and service for our lunch. The waiter was also extra friendly and the service was very fast. I was really surprised at how fast it was and how good it tasted. I was kind of expecting frozen heated up. Not the case! They were also rather busy, not packed, but definitely not slow. Before we left we bought a bunch of pastries and explained that we were headed back to Las Cruces in hot weather. Hafed took our pastry order and made sure that our items were very carefully packaged and also iced our items. What? Are you kidding me? Thats service! We got extra care as the customer. He was also very courteous and was joyful in taking our order and funny too. It was definitely obvious that he wanted us to be pleased. And we were! We did a lot of shopping that day and no one was as good as La Madeleine! The cheesecake was possibly the best Ive had. Keep doing what you are doing! We will be back, Hafed! And we will be looking for a location much closer to us! ( :

Im in love with this place on the first visit! Coffee was great, food was delicate and delicious, service was good, decor is great, and restaurants clean. This was our first ever visit to a La Madeleine. When we walked in we were initially confused about where to go...did we wait to be seated or go to the counter. After we figured that out it was heaven. We came in on a Monday morning @9a.m. on the way to the airport. I was initially worried about time but everything was out on the table in 7 minutes. We started with a blackberry and cheese croissant which was impeccably delicious, then our latte and caramel macchiato came.. They looked as good as they tasted. My wife and I shared the Crepe Romanoff, Quiche Lorraine, and a Potatoe Gillette. They were all perfect, although my wife thought the Gillette was too heavy on the garlic. Cant wait to come back....

We have been here several times and the food was always ok. The only thing good about it was it always has healthy choices but there was always a long wait for no real reason and every time we have been here they have messed up our order in one way or another. We will never visit this establishment after today. My husband and I stood outside asking our children if this is where they would like to eat after we had been shopping all day but one of the staff felt the need to come outside to tell us we couldnt eat there because we had our very well behaved dogs with us. We would have happy taken our food to go if pets were not welcome on their patio but we were VERY rudely turned away which made our mind up quickly that we will never visit this place again. There was no need for that man to be so rude to us in front of our children.

The food is divine and the branding is unique. There are plenty of places to sit and everything you might order is made with the freshest ingredients. The Bonne Rewards program is great and user friendly. Sign up for the newsletter to receive offers for a free dessert or a percentage off your meal. The service is very good. The setup, to the serve ware reminds you of eating at a fine dining establishment, where you focus on the meal and savor the taste, eating at a pace to enjoy every moment. If youre in the mood just to grab a small cup of soup, salad or some dessert, you may choose to sit in the patio, where the air is crisp. This supports the French eating practices.

I called Friday July 22, 2016 to place an order for a coconut cake for my husbands birthday to be picked up Saturday July 23rd. When I arrived they couldnt find my order. So I had to purchase a cake that was already there, not knowing if it is fresh. A girl came by and asked if I had called to change my order time or something because she didnt have the cake. The restaurant is filthy. Dirty tables with dirty dishes everywhere. Managers and employees walking around laughing. Customer service is awful. I will never return or order anything from this place again. What a shame, La Madeline in Dallas is wonderful. This one puts the company name to shame!

Had the beef bourguignon. The beef was unseasoned and bland. The carrots were under-cooked and hard. The sauce was bland and un-wantedly plentiful (this is not a soup). The portion of mashed potatoes was very small and seemed to lack the Parmesan that the dish description suggested. In a word, this dish is: bad. Not worth even half of the $12 and change I was charged. This review is for this dish only. The service and atmosphere are a 10. I really like how friendly the staff is. I will go back, but I will never order this "slop" again.

It has been more than a dozen times that my friends and I go there to enjoy a cup of coffee, food and dessert but time after time, we always end up having to ask for hot coffee. The self serving carafes always have cold coffee which tells me that it is also old coffee. We have ordered salads a cpuple of times where our salads contained old nasty slimy peices of spinach. I hope the owners plan on improving their overall quality and customer service because we go there for a good time with good quality.

The place itself is attractive but its mostly a glorified MacDonalds setting where you order up front and wait for your cold food to be brought to your table The portions are rationed so you dont get full and what i did eat was not French i know French being from Santa Fe where the chefs are from France and the food is authentic Just another marketing ploy to get you in to spend your money and did i mention its kind of pricey I wont be coming back
