Had a very horrible experience here. I-70 was backed up, when my 6 y/o daughter needed to badly use the restroom. We pull in to this place, walk in, and I tell my daughter to go ahead and go potty. I see the signs saying "restroom for customers only", I start looking for something to purchase. The waitress, says I have to purchase something, I said I will, she says "you have to buy something, first" I said I am looking for something to buy, something simple, cheap, and quick. I tell my daughter to go ahead. THEN! The supposed owner comes out and starts the same rhetoric, loudly, and in my face. All the while, my daughter is standing there, about to piss herself, watching this buffoon put on his tough guy routine. I very calmly tell him to get out of my face, he says hes not in my face, I told him he was in my bubble. Thankfully for all of us, he turned and left. I waited for my little girl to come out of the restroom, and we ordered a little meal for her, to make everyone happy. I served, and am trained. If this had happened at a time when my daughter wasnt watching, it wouldve been a different ending. Unfortunately the ending is worse. My daughter eats the meal, and 15 minutes later, is projectile vomiting in my car!! Hmmmm. Now Im torn between returning to the buffoon to see if his mouth is gonna keep running. Or, be the bigger man.

I was traveling on 6 west and my daughter who was crying in the car because she had to use the restroom and as I wasnt familiar with the area, and no other establishment in site. We stopped. She used the restroom for about two minutes. I looked around and thought "this place looks cool" and was in the act of telling by boyfriend that on our way back to Denver, we should stop back in for dinner.... Until ....when I got back to my car , the owner or manger who ever he was, followed us to the car and VERY aggressively berated us for using his restaurant as a rest stop. Continuing to ask me if I could read! Seriously have you have ever been on a road with a child. ??? The amount of effort and aggression toward a women and her child was so not called for and disturbing!! allowing people to peek in your establishment for a restroom break is free advertisement. I support local small business but this was a total turn off!!!

The guy that runs the place has no customer service skills. A person came in to use the bathroom and the owner or manager told the guy there are 13 signs that say restrooms are for customers only and the guy may have been a prospective customer. I asked the guy for the Wi-Fi password after I noticed my internet wasnt working there in the valley but he told me that Wi-Fi was not for public use when there are two internet servers there. I would have gladly stayed and ate my meal but the guy ruined my appetite and I hope no one else goes to this horrible restaurant and gets treated like an idiot. I had things to look up on the internet to plan what I was going to be doing so I used the bathroom and left before my food was served .Ill just go sit in McDonalds and eat where there is courtesy Wi-Fi

The BEST place to stop for a terrific meal and some drinks on your way to the Mountains...or....from the Mountains on your way back to Denver! Great staff, the owner actually sits down and talks to the customers. The Green Chili is amazing and the owner has tons of selection of extremely hot chili if youre into that. Breakfast burritos for the Saturday morning crowd. Great drinks, great atmosphere, great stage for bands, great house dog that hangs out sometimes....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stop for some food. You will be glad you did!!!

Had to use the restroom it was an emergency and was told restrooms are for dine in only. Asked if I purchased something if I would be allowed to use the restroom and I was rudely told "no, its not for to go!" Mind you its was an emergency, it was the women time of the month. There was a chance I would have stopped to eat here but after this its never going to be an option. Who denies people the right to use the restroom if they agree to purchase something just because it not done in??? Ridiculous!

Wholly beers, burgers, wings, and whiskey, Batman! Had the best burger and wings Ive had this year with FANTASTIC service from Vanessa and Taylor, and an overall fun experience with Norm and the ladies. This place is SO worth the stop! If theyre busy, please be patient and kind, theyll take care of you the best they can. Theyre a wonderful group of humans! The back patio is very nice. Support small business America!!!!!!!! You will NOT find a Smashburger or BW3 wings here - this is WAY better!!

AWFUL ATTITUDE!! Very large traffic jam in the highway and when my 14yr old daughter went in to use the restroom, the employees were VERY RUDE!! I understand the "for paying customers" theory, but 1)dont be so hateful and 2)these are not every day circumstances! They said us using their restroom was "costing them money" but I hope their attitudes and this review costs them more than 2 squares of toilet paper, some water, soap and 1 paper towel!

This is by far the worst restaurant, EVER! stay away! I work in customer service and have never been treated so disgracefully, and that includes finding a bug in my food at another restaurant! You have to order food to use their toilet and they will scream at you if you even start walking towards the restroom! What is it made of gold?? Its just a restroom! No wonder your place was empty when I walked in. Horrible !

My husband and I are truckers. We have eaten at so many places in at least 48 states. This place is the best real food with real people. We r so in love with this place and cant wait to go back. Matt the owner rocks. He is the tall handsome guy with the greatest smile. He greated us and made us feel like we wher back at home again. We dont get to go home but 3times a year 2 days at a time. Thank u matt ☆

Finally stopped in here after a decade of driving by and I was not disappointed. Had a live acoustic guitarist/singer and he was awesome, had the green chili (red is also an option but ask the server which is better that day) and beer special for $10 and its quite the beer selection and most beers count towards it. The atmosphere was great and its a good way to split up the drive through the mountains.

So my girlfriend and I were sitting in Labor Day Traffic, and we saw a sign"Cold Beer and Good Food." It was that and so much more. Matt the owner came out and sat down at our table, waited on us personally, he made sure everything was perfect. The experience was great and I will always be stopping there for a break!

new ownership - "Twin Bear" limited menu, BUT very very good (burger & chicken sandwich) and priced correctly. Great destination if you ride, with live entertainment super chill atmosphere, great service and AWESOME staff (JoJo)... ;) Will become a part of my normal ride tour with family and friends!
