Heads up, if anyone in your group wants unlimited Korean bbq, then your whole group has to order it or the owner wont let you order it. Heres how we found out. Ive been here twice. The first time I went it was okay, theres really no descriptions of the food (and Ive never had Korean) and the waitress didnt know what the food was either. I ended up getting one of the lunch specials and it was okay. Not spectacular, but not bad. The second time I came was a disaster. I came with a group of people, 12 total, for lunch. First of it took 20 min to get a table (which given our size was understandable). But then it took another 30 min to get a drink order which all of us just wanted water and an additional 20 min to get that water. Then we had to go find the waitress just to take our order. 20min later were all starving, we know what we want and we have to send someone over again to find someone to take the order. The owner finally comes and heres where the bomb was dropped. Our group was spilt between two tables. 5 people in our group did not want the unlimited bbq. The owner told us that the rest of us couldnt order it because we might slip the others food. Fair enough, we tried to compromise and suggested that we sit the 5 who didnt want it at another table and the rest of us at the bbq table. She said no because she couldnt trust us not to share with them. She said they only offer the Korean bbq to groups if the whole group gets it. So an hour and a half of waiting to be told to order something else (we werent given menus ) because the owner wont budge or compromise. Im sure the food here is authentic and other people may have had wonderful experiences, but this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a restaurant.

One of a handful of Korean BBQ places in El Paso. I must say that I was not at all impressed with the food itself. The all you can eat BBQ options are small in comparison to every Korean BBQ I have been to. The quality of the meats was not very good either. The Pork belly is just fat and the Kalbi relatively tough (bad cuts). In comparison to Korean BBQ in LA, MD, NY, PA, NY, Japan, China, Korea, this place is the bottom. Granted all these other places have a decent sized Asian population around. I would have rated the restaurant lower however in my visit, the staff was friendly and the chef accommodating (opposite to some reviews). I ordered spicy pork belly (not on the menu). Like I said earlier the Pork belly was all fat. The seasoning isnt the typical, but I applaud the attempt. With all that said and there not being many Korean BBQ places in El Paso...If you are an avid Korean BBQ eater and are in El Paso for a visit and are craving some Korean BBQ...dont go here. You may be disappointed and it will make you crave it even more. If you have never had Korean BBQ before...give it a try...more so for the experience.

I had high expectations for this restaurant, but........I will never visit this place again: 1. My "galbee" steak was too crispy for my taste, along with the rice they served on the same plate....maybe the AppleBees Fajita Style presentation was a little bit too much and caused the steak to go from well done to TOASTY. 2. The service was kind of slow and substandard. It was lunch time on a friday and my wife and I arrived before the lunch rush. After we ordered drinks, a local Korean arrived with his guest. Im not sure if this man is the owner or some sort of VIP but lets say he received better service and even received his order before me and my STARVING wife did! 3. Portions: No where near to Seoul Restaurant. Its safe to say that were probably not going here again....well stick to Seoul Restaurant on Dyer Street where the portions are reasonable and the customer service is exceptional and friendly. My experience with this restaurant put a sour taste in my mouth for the owner, but, please do experience yourself....hopefully there is no "VIP" ordering at the same time, otherwise, youll be waiting for a minute. Ahh yes, Korean BBQ. We were so excited to see that we have a restaurant nearby with great reviews! And say what?! Unlimited?!!! Perfect! It was pretty poppin for a Thursday evening, and there were two waitresses attending customers. We were seated quickly, and given our menus. We had already decided long before arriving what we were going to order, and so we immediately told her we wanted the unlimited BBQ. Unlimited BBQ includes: unlimited miso soup, sushi rolls, (avocado and California rolls) any meat of your choice, white rice, lettuce, and like 5 different side dishes! For only 16.95!!! Our miso soup came out quickly with our drinks! The miso soup was SO good! The California roll was also really good and the sides dishes all had unique flavors. The meat cuts were pretty little but perfect to place inside your lettuce. The rice was hot and steamy and tasted freshly made. Service was good, even though it was just two working the tables. Everything was clean, even the bathroom. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be back. I almost felt like I was back in Korea! Lol.

It used to be really hard to experience this meat in this area. Now we finally have this restaurant in el paso. Besides, the taste is excellent! Bullgogi and galbee, the most popular menu, are super tender and so tasty. I bet people who know about Korean food, especially people who have ever been to Korea, would know how expensive it is in Korea and at the same time, how lucky they are to enjoy the high-quality meat at this price. The side dishes are so clean, neat and fresh. Ive been in el paso for 15 years, but there hasnt been any real Korean restaurants here. This restaurant would be good too when I have to treat my guests. I know that Korean food is famous for how healthy it is. Even though basically this restaurant is a meat-restaurant, other than the main dishes, all the side dishes are vegitable, so it is a perfect combination of meat and vegitable for your healthy eating. Trying Korean wines is another pleasure to enjoy this restaurant fully enough. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the meal of this restaurant!!

Today I had really bad experience at this restaurant: I ask the waitress... which of this soup are not spicy? And I pointed the pictures soups two times.... I told her I want exactly like this one but not spicy.... She said: The tofu soup (sea food) is not.... so I ordered and came with a tofu and water I have not idea where the sea food was??? And I told her I dont want it is not even close that I ordered please take it back...so I ate the rice cup... when I ask for the check the soup that I didnt touch was charged I told her: how is possible you charge me for something that I didnt eat???? Her answer:"Is not our fault that you didnt like it... you ordered you have to pay " that means that I paid $ 11 dollars for cup of rice that I ate. The bad part is not just that.... I gave the check signed to the owner and She didnt say anything.... I definitely NOT recommend this restaurant if so just be clear what you order and better like what you get. Or you have to pay anyway.
