Store has changed owners several times in last 3 years. Each time the service gets worse and the selection of items changes dramatically. It went from being a quick place to grab a bite at lunch to a place struggling with its identity. The name is Soup and Sandwich. They served soup and sandwiches with burgers and breakfast items for years. Then, they added some Asian items- fried rice, Generals chicken, etc. No big deal. Then last year they added sushi... Earlier this year, they shortened their hours and discontinued breakfast. Went from a staff of four to two. Waited 25 minutes for fried rice on Friday because counter guy forget to cook my order. He threw in a bag of cool ranch chips for my wait. I never complained. Rice tasted like it was burned and that was the only flavor it had. Got back to my office and the chips he gave me expired in 2 days. Think Im done with giving them yet "another chance".

I liked this place quite a bit and frequently went. However, in the last six months every time I try to go for my standard baked potato and garden salad, they have been out of potatoes. Sometimes I am able to call and find out before I go, and sometimes they dont answer. Today they didnt answer the phone and when I went he told me they were out of potatoes. I said, "youre always out of potatoes." He said, "I know," without even blinking an eye. Seriously, if you sell 100% out of an item before 12:30, perhaps you should keep a few more in stock! I wont be going back.

Awesome little Korean run sandwich and soup shop. I like that I can walk here for lunch from my work. They have very reasonable prices and a nice drink and snack selection.
