Excellent for the friendliness of the staff, for good service and for offering an evocative and poetic environment that we have not found in other establecientos Dallas. Blues, mechanical pianola, good coffee and charming decor of past references. Very well. In this coffee Im seeing that Dallas is more than the site of a horrible and despicable assassination, is a city with cozy places; this is one of them. Greetings from Spain. Excelente por la amabilidad del personal, por su buen servicio y por ofrecernos un entorno evocador y poético que no hemos encontrado en otros establecientos de Dallas. Blues, pianola mecánica, buen café y decoración entrañable de referentes pasados. Muy bien. En este café estoy viendo de que Dallas es mucho más que el lugar de un horrible y despreciable magnicidio, es una ciudad con lugares acogedores; éste es uno de ellos. Saludos desde España.

Who knew they had a NYC style cafe in the heart of downtown Dallas. A great location on the main drag that really feels the love during the lunch hour. Stop in early for a quite scene and great conversation with the owner. The 100 year old piano matches the space in age and eclectic style. If you play your cards right the owner may even let you sign it. The mugs are filled to the brim with rich flavorful latte goodness that can easily be switched to a togo mug for sight seeing in the city. Plenty of local parks around to enjoy one of the amazing sandwiches they offer on a daily chalkboard menu. The service is second to none and really puts an emphasis on southern hospitality and charm.

The BLT and the Friday Special is tasty. This place got my boyfriend and I hooked on the Harmon and Sons Peach Tea. And the owner, who runs the counter, is one of the nicest guys youll ever meet. He recently bought out a small space next door and turned it into a lounge style area, great for studying. All of the meals are like home cooked meals. Id recommend getting there early for lunch, because right around 11:30 there will be a line out the door. I just wish the Wi-Fi was faster.

I JUST MOVED TO TEXAS ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND ME AND MY COUSIN DROPPED IN BY MISTAKE AND I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS THE BEST MISTAKE I MADE IN DALLAS. WONDERFUL DECORUM WITH THE FOOD TO BACK IT UP. QUALITY SERVICE WIT A SMILE,GREAT PRICES AND THE GUY THERE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO EXPLAIN SOME BACKGROUND AND HISTORY TO THE PLACE. DEFINETLY WORTH DROPPING BY IF YOUR VISITOR, YOU WILL SOON BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!!!!!

This is a favorite breakfast, coffee, and lunch spot for me. If I ever need to have a casual business meeting, I always try to have it here. The owner is super cool, the food is great, the prices are right, and the coffee is just my speed. I always try to support local businesses and this place has definitely earned that support.

Visited this hidden gem today with my brother and the owners were so warm and welcoming. They obviously love what they do. He offered us Turkish coffee and their sweets were delicious! Definitely stopping by this place on my next downtown venture!!

Always love the crab cake lunch, but the brownies are Wonderful. Just a great lunch spot. This is a nice little "remember when place" to smile about. Sometimes Ill make the drive from Irving, just to get those crab cakes!

Had breakfast at this place. Nice quaint little place with awesome food. I was surprised to see the number of people that kept dropping in. Dont miss their COCONUT CAKE and coffee. Id definitely go there again.

Excellent crab cakes and lunch. Try the recommended cole slaw and black-eyed peas with it. The Aioli helps temper the spicy crab cakes. Peach tea makes a perfect summer lunch.
