Worst experience ever !!!!!!! Avoid at all costs. Horrible service. Whatever food which is somewhat over priced. The only good thing about this place is that its a new building so everything is nice and new and clean. The bar looks awesome but its expensive to drink here and theres alot of tvs to watch. The manager was an absolute jerk when i brought all the problems i was having to his attention which included: terrible service, dirty silver wareamd dirty table nobody came to clean once, and my order came out wrong on top of all this! My waitress said they would make me a new order and i said sure fine ... IT WAS THE SAME EXACT PLATE SHE TOOK AWAY WITH THE SAME EXACT FOOD!!! HOW DO I KNOW ??? IT STILL HAD BITE MARKS IN IT !!!!! SHE LIED AND LATER CONFESSED AND TOLD ME SHE PUT IT UNDER A HOT LAMP The manager told me this is unique and its never happened before so maybe just this time he would let us go but next time we have to pay. There will be no next time, ever. If yiu want mexican food there is literally 5 other spots on ever corner of this intersection that are much better. I waited for this place to open and it was a total disappointment

El servicio es pésimo la comida no está fresca. El aguacate obscuro y hasta con cáscara me sirvieron. Pedí pollo a la chipotle y la salsa tiene sabor a catsup. No es comida mexicana auténtica es tex-mex. Primera y última vez que visitó este lugar. Ordenamos comida para cuatro cuando el último recibió su comida el primero ya había terminado. No nos dieron cubiertos hasta el final. Espero leerán esto y lo tomen como crítica constructiva y mejoren.

My family and I went to this location during their opening week. The experience was good. The restaurant was very busy but the waitress paid close attention to our needs as we waited for our food. I ordered the Tacos al Carbon , my son had the kids menu cheeseburger and my wife ordered the chimichanga. She has a hard time choosing between it and beef enchiladas. End of the day we were all happy with our choices as the taste was a delight. It is hard to find Carne Asada in Texas. Most places have Tex-Mex. Moving from California Carne Asada was as normal as chicken. This place Los Rancheros Mexican Restaurant really can cook authentic Mexican food. I would recommend to all who appreciate good Mexican food and dont want to leave Dallas to get it.

Pues será muy ambientado el lugar pero realmente no sirven para un buen servicio al cliente, más de una esperando y nada, sin embargo llega otra gente y la pasan a sentarse sin haber esperado nada de tiempo, me pregunto yo si acaso son amigos o familiares de los que están atendiendo en la entrada por eso el trato especial, pero está bien, no vuelvo a venir a este lugar!

The service is not good at all, for a restaurant you would expect the hostess to keep you informed. We when there with a party of 13 and wait d for 1:30 hours just to leave with not even an apology for making us wait for nothing . The owner seemed to be mas that we where complaining having to wait for a hole hour and a half before we decided to leave , during the time we where waiting no one came up to is to assure us that we would be seated shortly . We saw 3 different parties get seated and we where ignored .. they dont have reservations.. bad bad bad . Business ... we finally got seated and so we ordered 2 buckets of beer only to have them already opened and NOT IN FRONT OF US ... again bad bad business

Food was good, I got the guiso picoso, rice was good but beans tasted like they were from a can IDK weird taste. Service was poor, our waitress had many tables for sure but even when she passed us by very rarely even looked our way. The place was packed and the band/group was AWESOME!! Very entertaining!! Im not sure who the big tall guy that was walking all around place really pretending to be so busy but yet managed to pass our table atleast 100 times looked at our empty drinks and NEVER offered us another drink ....SMH!!! I will give this place another chance onlyyyyy because I think they havent been opened that long and I want to believe they havent had a chance to get it together.

Muy buen hambiente para llevar a la familia escuchar musica y bailar sea un Viernes o un Sabado por la noche. El servicio no se diga, es excelente, todos los empleados son muy atentos y muy hamables. La comida es muy sabrosa el mejor caldo de mariscos que eh pribado en mucho tiempo, definitivamente regreso a este lugar con mi familia pronto..

Place is very nice, but they should be really specific in what kind of pozole or menudo it is because the waiter was unsure and told me that the pozole was chicken, but when they brought my bowl it was pork. I got very upset with the waiter because she asked the person who worked in the counter rather than a chef who works in the kitchen of what kind of pozole I was going to order. At the end I didnt eat anything because I didnt want to order from this waiter anymore. Update the menu to what kind of meat it uses please!!!!

My uncle and I ate here so that google searches dont have to, bad management, food is dry and not even "Mole" has enough taste. I received my glass of water 15 minutes after i was done eating, did not receive it from the manager, i actually had to wait for the waitress and ask again. Lime water is extremely sweet. Didnt finish my food thats how dissatisfied i was with the service and food. It feels like a cheap fast food place although it is a really nice looking restaurant. Its sad.

Food seems to be pretty good but my only problem with this place is every time I have been there I have been swatting flies away. And its those small fruit flies that nag the most... Those are just the worst. Look I know sometimes this can happen when dealing with a place that serves food but for it to occur every time I have gone there is not a good sign. This is a place where food is served not where your car is fixed and flies around you while you eat is just not a good sign.

Food here was amazing and as a fellow server/ bartender, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the location. Only reason I havent given it five stars is because the service could have been a little bit more attentive but I credit that to how busy the bartenders were. Will be back more often and Im willing to bet that by the third time it will have reached 5 star level in my book.

Food was good but the service was slow. If you get the server Dulce V. You will be waiting for a while. She needs to put a smile on her face and visit the table more than twice. Never saw her after we obtain our food. Told the manager she needed training in customer service. He stated he will. Also they had a band starting but the house music was still playing.???
