While I saw good reviews in YELP, my experience was not that great. When I walked in there was a sign that their air conditioner was out and only takeout orders, ok. I had questions and the guy behind the register kept his attention on his phone most of the time. I had to ask for salsa when the gentleman told me my meal came with it. I left wanting to eat my food and there were no napkins or utensils in my bag. The one red sauce I asked for, the top was not in correctly and spilled all in the bag. The beans looked like they had been sitting in the pot or to go box for a minute amd were not warm or hot at all, neither wad the rice. The quesadilla I ordered was ok for a quesadilla though.

Horrible Delivery Service!!! We ordered our food at 11am and paid the extra delivery fee for them to deliver to our job. We called at 12:25 to check on the order and we were told, they thought we were picking up the order. The man then proceeded to tell us, "he would get here when he gets here, what do we want him to do.." There was never an apology or any kind of customer service provided!! WE WILL NEVER ORDEE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Fuel City aint got nothing on these tacos! The gentleman who took my order was very helpful in helping me order on my first visit. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to wait almost 30 minutes for two tacos and there were only two customers ahead of me. However, it was also obvious that there were AC issues going on and so maybe they were having other problems also. I will be going back!

I used to be a regular customer but my last visit wasnt a pleasant one, I placed an order for pick up, a simple fajita taco lunch plate but what I got was a plate with chopped meat without any flavor, I will never visit nor I will tell anyone to order from this place, dont waste your money and time, this place is over expensive and not that good, my 10 year old niece can cook much better...

Expect to wait! First time at this restaurant, food ordered by phone and was told 20 minutes, arrived at time specified and was told 10 more minutes. Needless to say food was still not ready after second promise. Manager was unapologetic about long wait, refused to refund money and stated that I had a bad attitude. Poor customer service!

I rarely give good reviews but this place is good as hell. Better than fuel city. Real Mexican food. They have everything. And they have good attitudes and great customer service. The Chinese food place next door has just lost my bussiness because of poor attitude. Been going their faithfully for years. But now I like 3 hermanos

Words alone can not explain or describe how good this food is, I am a culinary graduate, and I know a little about food, and this is GREAT food at good prices, but dont just take my word for it, give it a try, and I guarantee youll agree, it hits the mark, and please try the limeade drink!!

Amazing customer service. Great food. The guy informed us on everything they had to offer. This location is 45 minutes away i live in Frisco, but the customer service at this location is better than i have ever received in frisco and plano combined....i was blown away.

From one cook to an other, the food was GREAT! I had the barbacoa with rice and REAL REFRIED BEANS. NOT JUST MASHED. The the atmosphere was very nice and employees kind and engaging. Thank you for a very nice lunch cant wait for next time.

Im a vegetarian and theres not very many places that I could choose to go to that are fast food but this place is definitely one of my faves and they aim to please and accommodate everybody. So the vegetable bowl for me is great.

I ask for no guacamole Im allergic and they put guacamole I call them they treat me rude telling me that guacamole was not touching my food I ask for corn tortillas and they put flour all my order was messed up never going back

This is a great Mexican restaurant! I love the tacos and the manager! Taco Tuesdays you get a discount when you order 5 or more. The sopas are good too!
