2-21-17 Spouse and I ordered food in person, and waited well over 30 minutes while dining with only one other party in the very slow after lunch rush store. When we received our wings 8 were made with bones when they should have been boneless, notified the female manager on staff and the order was remade. Time slowly passed until the replacement order was ready that we had to take them to go, and eat later that afternoon, which is when we found out that the wings were not fully cooked. When cut into the boneless wings just passed the breading the full meat was pink and raw. Notified the store and was informed to bring the uncooked wings back in and they would replace the order. Went into the store the next day and they didnt even open the box to verify, asked which ones they were informed it was the 8piece and they said they would not refund the whole ticket but would do a 8 piece meal. They wrote my name in a book under the counter until today 2-28-17 when my spouse went into the store to get a meal for lunch with the credit meal and the female manager same as before informed her she would only make 8 wings and charge my spouse for the ranch and fries and my wife decided against being charged for a drink and took the meal to go. When we had ordered on the initial $20+ ticket we had fries, ranch and a drink and our experience was diminished due to poor food cooking procedures. The handling of this stores mistake shouldnt go unnoticed that we received raw uncooked chicken and the risk of getting salmonella and when brought into the store we did not make a scene or ruin other customers dining experience by announcing the stores inabilities! Instead we were given not even the bare minimum gesture of their mistakes only 8 wings with no dressing, with no side of fries or anything to wash it down with and our poor experience wasnt going to end on the 21st that we had to pay for another on the 28 with a false promise by management. I dont recommend this stores service, management, food handling, or experience for anyones dining for wings. I do plan on following up with an email to corporate and include the images of my receipt and collection of photos of the raw wings and plea that immediate action be addressed to the Crowley, TX Wingstop. See images for reference these were boneless mango habanero and Louisiana rub.

They suck the customer service was horrible. The manager or whatever she is, Tonya treated us terrible. My girlfriend called in and asked for extra seasoning. I went to get the order and upon arrival she gave a lot of attitude I just wanted to make sure I was taking the right order. I (me not Tonya the manager) fixed that situation, got my order, and left. Got home and my girlfriend realized that not only did the order not have extra season but it had little to no season. My girlfriend called to get it re-done and the manager Tonya starts to argue with my girlfriend about the order and hangs up in my girlfriends face. My girlfriend then goes up to wingstop with the messed up order to have Tonya the manager again argue instead of fixing the problem. Tonya the manager then tells my girlfriend she is not afraid of her and that she is going to call the police, she threw our order in the trash, along with the receipt. Once we addressed her about the receipt she takes it out the trash and throws it on the floor. Tonya the manager could have stepped up as a manager on the phone and taken responsibility for whatever. Is that not the customer service expected to all customers? Why would she tell my girlfriend she isnt afraid of you? We didnt come up there with the intent to scare, we just wanted our order fixed. You cant expect the world to change if you are going to treat a race a certain kind of way. Would you tell a Caucasian customer you arent afraid of them? If you didnt want the situation to escalate why hang up the phone in her face. Hell if anything it pissed her off, like it would anybody, when she wasnt even mad. Do what a manager would do and just provide outstanding customer service, fix the problem. Its clear Tonya as manager of this Wingstop has an alter side that has some kind of problem with black people. The police gave us the food she threw in the trash and took back out the trash (you can imagine the insult to injury, the police was messed up too but what can you do), we did not receive a refund, and they did not remake our food. I hate pulling the race card but if we were white this wouldnt have gotten pass the phone.

Its been *months* so Ill add a review. Take all online reviews with a grain of salt because some of them can be fake, okay? Their food is unique from other chicken wing restaurants. So, youll like it or wont care for it. I like how they do their lemon pepper boneless wings and cheese fries, they just taste good and thats all the average eater cares about. The reason why it costs so much is because they give you so much. I always take some home for a second meal. Service is very casual and laid back. They lean, they joke, they hang around after they serve you the food and have the place cleaned up. I like it. They do their job and theyre polite to me, and thats all the casual eater cares about. They wont be rude to you, theyre nice folk. If you really want this business to shut down then fine, go to Pizza Butt.

Seriously bad attitudes and customer service. I have had multiple order mess ups and a couple times have had them replaced others they would have some excuse as to why they couldnt replace anything or give me my m9ney back. The female manager has a rude attitude and has made comments about me having orders replaced. I wouldnt have to have my order replaced if you would get it right the first time. I will not come back to this location, I now drive all the way to the Mansfield location they are so much nicer and know how to get orders right the first time. Serious improvements is in order for the crowley location.

I ordered food here took a little while to get done but had soggy fries and I was charged $10 more for something they didnt tell me about and refused to give my money they stole from me back and the manager was not around when she told me to come up with receipt and I did to prove to her she took more but she was a complete idiot and didnt know anything about taking care of the customer and was rude on the phone but only cared about filling her pockets up full of cash. Never going back to a place that charged more money without you knowing and refused to give it back to you.

It was a good place to eat. Common place for crowley high school kids to come eat at. The building is small so only so many people can eat inside and is usually packed on the weekends. The restroom was decent. There was a clean toilet, paper towels near the sink, an air freshener, a mirror, a sink, and a trash bin. There is a small drink station with sweet and nonsweet tea on the side that gets very crowded. Ice overflows often. There is no trash in the main lobby, so you just leave your stuff out for the employees to pick up. The food was decent. The bread was lukewarm.
