Soooo.... Ill preface this review with the fact that the bartender Alexa is probably one of the best Ive seen in a while. She makes it a point to remember names, conversate, write her name on napkins so that you can easily remember hers and of course, she stays on top of everything you need... Now for my issue, for the first time in my adult life, I was cut off at a bar (Ive been to a lot of them all over the world). Not for behavior, not because I seemed intoxicated, not because of any other reason except I was "consuming beers too fast".... I know what youre thinking because if I read my review, Id think the same... "They just didnt want you to drink and drive"... The best part, i was staying in a hotel 100 ft from the front door of the establishment. I didnt even have keys to a car. Moral of the story, use better judgement management or rely on your bartenders who are actively working the bar and have a way better knowledge of who is has had too much to serve and who is not. If my grammar and speech are a little slurred in this review, Id like to apologize. I wrote it right after I my Uber dropped me off at Fox and Hound.

Came here on Monday and had Arianna as a server, she wass kind, service was quick and wings were great however they failed to let us know about their Monday all you can eat deal which would have saved us a lot of money. Today (Friday) we came here and had Destiny and Carly as servers. Destiny is wonderful and professional and a great example for Carly during her training process, Ive managed several businesses in my life and her work ethic as well as ability to dodge my bitchy comment towards their tropical long islands and lack of crispness in their original wings was impressive, she was polite to me and listened to my concerns while protecting the integrity of the restaurants staff and its products literally made me proud like she was one of my employees. It was a great visit overall and they did amazing and sure earned my return to this location. Way to go Destiny, Carly and Hooters. Youre obviously doing something right.

If youre looking for a great place to go have dinner with the family or just a drink at the bar, this is it! This hooters has something few if any other Hooters have... Not 1 but 2 Hooters Calendar girls on staff, tending bar! I am not much of one to sit at the bar, but instantly after sitting down at the bar for the first time I felt like I was a regular. They called me by name and these girls never stopped smiling! Also when Im not at the bar Eli always helps me and she is the sweetest, cutest little thing! Its not the wings, or the cold drinks that bring me back... But its the amazing staff and environment that keeps me coming!

Our waitress was super weird. Id avoid this location!! She didnt introduce herself so unfortunately I cant leave a name. Long story short, she made our table feel so uncomfortable and we just wanted to get the heck out of there. She screamed at us that her sister just died from cancer and thats why shes weird??? Okay...if thats true, you shouldnt be at work giving us attitude. Hopefully management gets rid of her because shes crazy.

Waited an hour for food, half the partys food was cold and one person at the table didnt get their food. One waitress threw the food on the table rather rudely when she didnt know whose food it was, rather than just asking. Then the manager made excuses, never apologized while offering gift cards for us to come back. Was just a crappy experience all around. No apologies and poor management. Wait staff poorly trained. Not again.

It seemed like 10 minutes had gone by before we ever ordered our drinks. Then when we finally got the drinks they were never refilled. My margarita was served wrong. It was supposed to be served straight up and the bartender didnt know what that meant. Are you seriously telling me the bartender doesnt know that it means no ice.

Im sorry but this has to be one of the few bad Hooters around, orders were right wrong sauces and instead of remaking the wings,they were tossed in the correct sauce and brought out which tasted horrible, we did not make a fuss,we paid our bill and never returning hopefully it was an off day and the make it right for someone else

Food always good as normal but the service from makinzee the bartender was really bad. Completely acted as if she didnt want to be there so not happy or a single smile, complained about a customers kid to a co-worker being too loud "she cant deal right now". A very rude and unprofessional person in general. Retraining necessary.

I went there for a To-Go order...Several waitresses and the Manager ignored me.....just rude..... After standing there for a few minutes I asked to be waited on.... after checking my food .....the Fish was fried so hard around the edges i couldnt eat it....the oil it was fried in was dirty... I want be back there.

I personally have witnessed the general manager (currently an acting regional manager)being not only rude to his employees but also his customers. Have talked to some of the girls here and they said that the attitude from him was an all the time thing. He needs to be retrained and or demoted.

I wanna give a huge shout out to Dezi our wonderful waitress today!! She is attentive and very beautiful young lady who knows how to do her job very well!! Despite being triple set with 3 tables at once she never let our glasses go dry, always ASK for Dezi if you want great service!!!!!

Most all Hooters are a failure these days, not just this locale. Portions, flavor, and quality pale in comparison to BWW, and that bar isnt set very high. Unless youre a toolbox that just has to have the attention from small breasted girls wearing push-up bras, go elsewhere.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! Food was okay, overpriced for the amount. Our waitress kept sitting down to talk to her boyfriend while she was supposed to be waiting on us. A couple of the other waitresses were pushing each other around in a chair like five year olds.

Although my husband and I order 50 wings 30 minutes before closing, the staff, especially the bartender (Alexa) treated us as though we had all the time in the world. Also, the smoked wings are frigging delicious.

My friend and I ate there today. Our appetizer was fried together with a bunch of hair. In front of the manager and he said oh well its pre-made batter must have came from the manufacturer. Was totally disgusted.

I enjoy this Hooters but the male host is as rude as they come. He throws the menus and silverware down at you and always walks around with a bad attitude! If it wasnt for his poor attitude I would give a 5 star.

The wings are good and thats the only reason I go there. Never eat in, always get my wings to go. In general I do not like the objectification of women. If I could get decent wings somewhere else I would.
