Awful customer service, after waiting for an hour called in to check the status of our order and was told that they could not find my order. Instead of apologizing they asked me to place another order. ..wth I dont think anyone would appreciate waiting for so long for a pizza in the first place and then call in to get such bad response..they blamed the call center. .I am not sure who took my card details and verified my address etc but forgot to make the order.... I will not be calling in again Hutto pizza Hut. ..not bcoz they screwed up the order but bcoz they handled it very badly.

This is the second time they have messed up our order. But this time I ordered 4 pizzas and only got 3 delivered when I called she said I only ordered 3 so I had to pay for the 4th pizza. We called and talked to the manager after waiting an hour for the 4th pizza he told me it was on its way. Now I am on the phone with them bc it has been 2 hours and 30 mins and I have not received my pizza. They said it is for pick up. Absolutely ridiculous!

Delivery was early so it was hot and delicious. Excellent customer service! The manager, Tranell (sp?) runs a good store. Definitely earned my repeat business. Its Not every day that you can leave this kind of review about a pizza delivery place... keep it up guys!

Pizza was 25 minutes past their "delivery time".. didnt bring the 2 liter DP.. called to talk to manager and was told "hes busy you can call back" I told him I will hold .... 10 minutes later no one has picked up .. I will be contacting corporate..

Terrible we got a large pizza.first he knocked down the pizza then he made another one and it was medium when we asked for a large.very rude.then they didnt even cut our pizza.Terrible terrible terrible.dont even waste your time...

wish i could leave a -5 as a review. this place is horrible, between the staff losing the order to the website screwing up the order right down to bad customer service. when the food is delivered, its cold and nasty.

They havent messed up our orders so far and we, as a family like to order pizza once a month. Great specials. Pizza does seem a little under cooked at times.
