By far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to.. constant problems with this location in has been for years stopped going a long time ago much better just driving to University and didnt by the time you wait for your pizza in Krum you could have already been to didnt and back.. when they make a mistake they offer no compensation is almost like it is your fault you order the pizza in the first place but that is what you expect when you are dealing with a bunch of children maybe one point the company will wake up and realize how incredibly lacking the management is at this location and the amount of money that they are losing and at some point hopefully they will make a change but until then I take my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone reading this post to do also... sorry Pizza Hut but you have failed miserably Papa Johns for the win they actually appreciate your business lol

I ordered pizza at the Krum, Texas location. The online system said it was down so I called the store. I placed my order to the guy and asked if I could get the 7.99 online deal still since computers were down. He said he had another offer but it was more than the 7.99 deal so I told him they should honor the 7.99 deal since its their computer messed up and that is deal they are advertising. He said let me get my manager. Right off the bat she was rude how she answered phone and was talking with me. She sounded frustrated and was taking it out on me. She said the guy put the 7.99 offer and what part dont I understand. I said that is not what he told me. I cant write the entire conversation because it is too long, but she has no customer service skills and Im very disappointed that I like pizza hut and have to get treated this way.

First of all, lets be honest. This is a small town, 4500 or so people. Second, most of the people that live here dont work here, but guess what, they have kids, which leads us to the fact that 90% of their employees are between the ages of 16 and 19. So with that being said, I have never faced any of the other problems that the other reviewers have had. 5 stars to the only pizza joint in town!

Notorious for forgetting parts of your order when being delivered. Three times they have forgotten marinara sauce with bread sticks. When called to rectify the issue, they offered to have some delivered 35-40minutes later. One time they refused to have someone bring some out so we had to drive to the store to get some. Needless to say, if I have to drive to get pizza, it will be dominos.

I live 5.5 miles away and they dont deliver here. Stupid. I would never eat a crappy Pizza Hut pizza unless they delivered so I guess I dont have to worry about that now. Lauries Quick Stop on 2458 between Krum and Boliver does good pizza but they dont offer delivery service at all.

I live 1.1 miles away, but theyre still 10+ minutes late almost every single time we order. One time they were 40 minutes past the time I was told itd be there!! The pizzas always taste good, but there have been several times that the order was incorrect.

This particular location is the worst. They take forever to deliver your order and they dont answer the phone when you call to ask where your order is. Faster just to order from a pizza place in Denton, and drive to pick it up.

Placed order at 5:30pm for delivery at 7:30pm giving the store the courtesy of time to prepare 8 medium pizzas. $64 later well after 8:00 pm no pizza!! Terrible service !!!
