We had a great experience! My family and I just stopped in to this store in Springtown. It had been one of those days that not much had gone right. That changed because of your employee Mike. He was very pleasant, generous, caring, and appeared to genuinely take pride in his work. Not only was he attentive to every customer that came in, he was constantly cleaning in between. Just from our visit from the perspective of a fellow business owner, I would imagine this man earns every penny he makes which separates him from 90% of every person I have ever hired. Oh yeah, the pizza tasted great too!

Just moved here. First time ordering the meat pasta, lacked the sauce and was pretty bland. No flavor. Little cheese. Second time I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, they told me they messed up the order so I got 2 pizzas for the price of one, both pizzas were exactly the same, so all in all not a bad deal, except for the hair. This was 4 months ago. I may try again just one more time. Coupons dont seems to be honored here either. National Pizza Day, half off any large pizza, this location did not offer that. Missed out on my business.

Like Dominos, Pizza Hut is the epitome of mediocrity, it fuels Americans confusion that consistency equates to quality... while you may know what to expect at Pizza Hut, it doesnt make it good. The Pizza Hut in Springtown does not deliver, and when you try to get them to honor advertised specials, you may or may not get the pricing you would expect... all things considered, there are better places to spend your dining dollars.

Whatever you do dont go here. Will try to refuse a refund without a bank statment, mess up your order, etc. Very rude customer service. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. God knows what these kinda of people might be doing to your food...
