We are a group of 6 to 9 adults who play soccer every Tuesday night, and "adopted" this place as an after game refuel station. Last night, on our 4th weekly visit our waiter -Hunter- refused to serve us a 2nd round of beers saying it was past last call at 11:15pm. We argued since he never gave us that "last call". In fact, he never came back to our table to check on us. The place was almost empty by that time, except for us and a group of 5 white people who was sitting at the bar being actively served alcohol by the bartender who apparently didnt get the last call memo for at least another 25 minutes. We just wanted a second beer to swallow the wings, thats all. The previous Tuesday we were also served by Hunter and tipped him over 20% (like we always do) despite his mediocre service then. But this time my friend, no tip and I tod him we wont come back again. He just responded with a careless OK. My best advise: dont go there unless you are white AND try to avoid Hunter. Oh, and those wings were dry. Even Dominos and 7elevens are better.

Several years ago, this was my typical after-work hangout. After a hiatus, started trying to come back during their newer happy hour. This place has definitely changed for the worse. The top bar is always closed, but I can overlook that if youre not busy. However, the bottom floor smells like mildew. Not just on one visit, but each visit over a few months. The service has also gone downhill. Servers are constantly hiding at the POS station and checking their phones instead of assisting their tables. During my last trip (will be my absolute last) I had to continually go to the bar for a refill because my server would constantly go outside with her coworker. Terrible, and not even the great happy hour prices salvage this new BWs.

Our waiter was good, kinda soft spoken but very nice. My major problem is the prices on the menu didnt match the prices on the ticket. We were not the only ones with the issue just today. Our server fixed it no problem, but if I didnt look at prices I would have never known they were charging more in the first place. We got spinach and artichoke dip, and our chips were burnt. Our salad dressing tasted soured. Paying $40 for lunch, we expect a lot more then what we got. It was expensive for what we got, and the quality was awful. We will not be back.

Never going here again.... Went on a Friday night when they were not busy by any means(place was nearly empty) and it took longer then ten minutes to have a server even come by our table to get our drink orders and then as we are about to order the food at the same time the server just walks away without saying anything. Server was very rude and you could tell he didnt want to serve us. We got up and left. This location has very bad service and wait staff. This was not our first time getting bad service but it will be the last.

I have eaten here once and the wings where teribly salty and because this is a sports centric restaurant we requested a soccer game to be put up but where told that wasnt posible because of the limited amount of boxes they have. Literally every tv was playing the same game, the second time we requested another game before we ordered and where told it wasnt posible Baca use everyone wanted to see some other game. The staff didnt even tried to acomodar us and acted very rude. I wont be coming back to this place.

I love this place, I have never had any issues. Aside from possibly waiting a little longer for the food to arrive I couldnt ask for anything more. I am here weekly, they have great happy hour prices and the Tuesday wing special is a great deal as well. I also like coming here for fight nights aside from needing to arrive 1-2 hours early for a seat the staff are very nice and accommodating. I also use online ordering and have receive quick and error free service from that as well. Two thumbs up, way to go!!!

Do not go here....Went on Dec 30, 2009 and saw a mouse underneath a booth right behind our table. The manager never came and apologized, nothing was done, the waitress was nice and apologized. Said she asked her manager if she could give us free drinks or something and the manager said no. While paying for our meals we saw the mouse several more times in several different booths behind our table. After we paid we made a scene in the entrance about it to alert other patrons.

For a place that advertises as being the place to be for sporting events they sure do have awful service during the events. Our waitress forgot to enter our appetizer so it took 32 minutes to get pretzels. Our food took an adequate amount of time to come out based on our order size. Our desert took more than 20 minutes. We also bussed our own table several times. Food is good, but based on service I Will not be returning to watch an event

BWW is always great but there are a few times (at any location) that the wings just arent "GREAT". Ive been to this location a few times and this one gets pretty packed for sporting events and its hard to find a table. But thats a good problem to have (for them, at least). I dont really have much bad to say about this location, the service is always great and the manager usually finds him/herself to my table 80% of the time.

Really good place if you want something to eat and watch sports, or spend time with friends. Holden is a very nice and attentive server. The place was crowded, and short on servers..Holden was a champ! If you visit here, Holden does stellar work! I tried a Boston Lager burger..meat was very dry. The bun was fresh, and veggies were very fresh as well..I had the cheese curds instead of fries..very tasty.

Great palce, good food. First of all it is a chain and they all have the same average of the same wings they always have. Not one better than the rest and no change, doesnt work like that, you are not very smart. Secondly, Boo hoo a mouse and no apology or free drinks shut up what you live in a hospital. So tired of idiots trying to give a great place a bad name, never had a problem at this location.

It is a fun place to watch a Cowboy game or any football game for that matter. There is not a bad view in the house, with multiple TV screens. They make a tasty Bloody Mary. The wings started out being very good - better than alot of their competitors, but they have declined - not much meat to them, tough. Service is always slow and unattentive. Rather just go and pick up some wings at Wing Stop.

The absolute worst service we have ever had. When we finally complained to the manager after an hour his response was "I dont know whats going on I just got here 30 minutes ago". Every sever in the place looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there. So disappointing because I really love their salad. Multiple people were complaining as we left. Thumbs down BDubs!
