Dirty...you would think on a Saturday night that they might have more staff to clean. As we were waiting for a lane to open we decided to sit at the bar and order drinks. My girlfriend wanted the long island but when she asked for it the bartender said it would have to be in small glass, is that okay? And thats because he didnt have any clean dishes to make it in the glass it usually comes in so we ordered different drinks. Well, we get our lane and on our table there is about 6 glasses, some empty, some with beer in them, along with a pitcher with about a third of beer in it. Obviously no one was cleaning. It was dirty. The crowd next to us had about 9 people playing on one lane which made it sort of annoying due to it being crowded and obnoxious. I went to get a couple more drinks and my Girlfriend ordered a long island because they actually had one cup to make it in (which was still dirty and had sticky sugar on the side of the cup), it was gross and had tequila in it. She also said the bathrooms were disgusting. Heres another kicker!! I went to close out my tab at the bar, telling the bartender my name and him asking what I had to drink to make sure. I told him yes, thats what I had. I get the receipt and it was $23 for two vodka cranberries!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the receipt he charged me for two vodka cranberries with grey goose vodka when I ordered and watched him pour absolut vodka. When I told him that I didnt order grey goose he said " it would come out to be about the same." COME OUT TO BE ABOUT THE SAME????????? So I asked if grey goose and absolut cost the same?? Then he said"its basically someone walked out on their tab and your paying for it" NO! Ill pay for what the F I ordered. I cant help other people being jackasses. But it was too late he had already swiped my card and I really just wanted to get out of there. I shouldnt have paid for that. I dont think Im ever coming back which stinks because Ive had great experiences at other AMFs but definitely not this one.

12/31/13, Wow, things have changed since weve been 8 months ago! Its not Showplace anymore. When we walked in, the front door area smelled, not smoke, worse! BAD! Our lane quit working, they would finally get it going again.This happened many times during the prepaid 2 hours of bowling. The woman bartender... one of our friends asked the price of a drink on the menu that doesnt have prices. Bartender response, was she didnt know, thats it, just no care at all, our friend gave up. She literally made up the cost of all of our drinks. When I inquired about a large $7.50 drink not being right, she got a real attitude! She said it had 3 liquors in it and anything frozen is going to taste watered down. First of all, she asked for a well drink not 3 liquors, not watermelon and it was on the rocks, not frozen. The bartender had a very bad attitude and then it all went down hill! The prices went up after that, we ordered something to replace it, half the size, not call, SMALL glass, I asked her how much. She rolled her eyes back, debated and told me $7.00.REALLY? Not a good time when the bartender makes up prices and is rude! A line of people were at the snack bar waiting to order while the snack bar girl was hanging out in the bar, talking with the bartender most of the night.

Great place! I play leagues there now. Plenty of lanes; Clean, well lit; Some restrooms hands-free automated; Large selection of house balls; Decent pro shop; Latest scoring software and LCD monitors; Yes, smoking is permitted, but not in the bowlers area. Excellent staff; treat them right and theyll go out of their way for you. This place gets super busy, so plan your trip during non-peak hours. They have free poker on Friday nights in the attached bar called Wings. Two big screens and a jukebox in there. Enjoy!

Last time food was horrible and if it werent for the cost effectiveness over renting the pay per view...I wouldnt come...Update: Last night 45 minutes for server to take our order...friend got his meal 30 minutes before mine...pizza served cold. They were severely understaffed for event size...5 servers for what looked to be 100 guests. Will be ordering WWE events at home from now on...

2 people costed $63.00 to bowl there is absolutely ridiculous...on a saturday night. 4 frames, 2 pairs of shoes costed us $63.00 is unheard off. There is nothing special about this place to cost that much. Our total tab was about 200 with drinks, a small pizza, and bowling. I will never be back. Thank god we didnt have kids with us that night. I feel like I was robbed from this place.

I used a groupon to go with my children. I do like that they had a cute dinosaur contraption to assist the children with bowling which was already there when we our lanes. The food was mediocre and expensive, the bar looked nice even though I didnt partake an any alcohol, the staff overall was helpful and the bathrooms were clean which I can always appreciate.

The lanes are very good. The customer service is not the best. I was standing at the front desk for almost 10 mins on a Sunday. When the lady finally came to the desk, she stood there for three minutes until she asked me "did you need something?" It was completely unprofessional. That being said. The bowling experience is fine. Not bad, not great.

The service was friendly and we were able to get a lane right away on what I figured would be a busy night. I dont know the area at all, but I chose this based on the location -- I did find out later in the evening that there is another, larger bowling alley not too far away from this place, so I might try that one again the next time I am in Hurst.

Staff is very friendly. Lanes are of great quality, and the new food menu is stellar! Prices are much more reasonable compared to other alleys. Keep it up! -Only knock I have is the pro shop is a little disappointing, but if youre a serious bowler you wouldnt rely on a pro shop at a local alley to get the required equipment.

The bowling prices here are very expensive. It cost around 35$ just for 2 games for my wife and I. After about 20 minutes we were done and the fun was gone. The facility however is pretty nice. Service at the bar is pretty dismal. They only had 2 bartenders for a Saturday night so we never really had any service whatsoever.

This place a great place to go a wide variety of arcade games full size pool tables and hd tvs everywhere. friendly staff with good lanes to bowl on. The food was great and the black lights n music videos were a nice touch. Plenty of lanes to accommodate big partues

We scheduled a Fathers Day celebration for Sunday and they had everything ready and the service was Great. Bowling is great, food is great and the service was great. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to have a good time and doesnt like to have to clean up.
