Ridiculous! I saw it had a double drive thru, thought itd be great for faster service to grab a bite on my quick break from the hospital. The man on the speaker says Ill be with you in just a moment. Ok cool... 4 mins pass, another car shows up in the line next to me, orders right away. Im like WTF! So I decide Im not waiting any more. Try to drive through to leave and get stuck behind a truck for 11 minutes while they wait for food! Finally his food comes out and I tell the man thanks for forgetting I was waiting and he says youre welcome. I was so upset and had to go back to my shift hungry. Needless to say that I let all my coworkers at the hospital know and they werent surprised and had similar experiences at this particular Taco Casa. Disappointing!

This particular location in Mansfield makes their tacos with portions you can really appreciate! ... Much more than other locations Ive tried.. Such as Cooper St. which must be ran by different managers or franchises. Mansfield (and 2 others) also has . 99c Taco Tuesdays! I get texts often for other specials.. Like Jan 20th, they offered. 59c Tostadas! Clearly the owner at this location is interested in "returning customers"! Cooper St... Was disappointing, but perhaps they focus more on profits from their captive audience of Arlington High Schools students.

They dont have .99 large tea like everywhere else in the metroplex and they dont do Taco Tuesday either. Asked for extra peppers and only got like 3. Forgot sauce packets when they asked me twice if I wanted them. Tasted like every other location. Miss the one in Roanoke. They should follow their example.

While Taco Casa is great for cheap and quick mexican food, Ive ordered nachos and when i opened my cheese container there were already soggy chips that had just been sitting in there and it was quite disgusting. I guess it just depends on their management and how careless they are.

Food and service was great! Be aware that the mens restroom light is on a timer and turns off way too early. If you go to use a stall and no one else walks into the restroom, you may literally be in the dark.

Went inside & stood there for 5 minutes with no service. Walked out & the lady for the register was standing outside smoking. When I told her no one helped me place an order, she just said "oh".
