I ordered 6 piece buffalo boneless wings, regular fries, cherry vanilla DP, and Cheddar Peppers with small shake. Also had two other orders for my co workers(one order:med shake, second order:vanilla DP)..I didnt mind the long wait because it is lunch time and I had 3 orders... BUT they forgot my fries after the car hop told me they were in the bag with the poppers, there were barely any buffalo sauce on my wings, didnt give me a drink tray for 4 drinks/shakes(Im the only one in the car with only 2 drink holders, so my shake ended up falling over in my car while driving) and then I thought to myself, people make mistakes... I will just call up there and try to get everything fixed but I called up there more than once now and no one answers!!! Customer service would be nice.

At first the service was absolutely Horrid. My food was constantly wrong or cold. However within the last month it is getting better. I highly suggest educating your staff on your app. The staff is very friendly and happy but I feel they miss out on an extreme about of tips due to the fact yall do NOT accept tips on cards or split payments. To the owner stop raising your prices you are starting to lose business.

Every goddamn time I go to this sonic I either get the wrong food the wrong drink or a completely different order than what I gave !! Asked for a shake get a slush! Ask for lettuce and tomatoes no onions I get onions no lettuce and tomatoes! It is mind blowing that people actually rated this place overall with four stars !

Have given this location several tries before I felt it warranted leaving this review. Service is slow and be sure to double check your order for mistakes. Chicken sandwich was ice cold. Location feels unorganized. I wouldnt go here for anything other than drinks from now on.

The wait was long, which want surprising given that it was dinner time. However, the popcorn chicken had obviously been under a heat lamp for long enough to turn into jerky. If Im going to wait 10 minutes for my food, it should be fresh.

Food was lukewarm. We got reg dogs with mustard & relish I asked for a chocolate milk w/my meal, I got white milk.Opened it and it was spoiled, Date was Sept. even the container was warm. I guess thats why we go to sonic for burgers

Took 15 min to get 1 burger, 1 fri & 6 piece wings. They had a full crew & about 7 cars there eating. Never going here again!! Went to Burger King & was in & out in 3min.
