I was slightly disappointed in this location. I am from Michigan and recently moved. Looking for a replacement for Biggby coffee I stopped. Here. I am highly allergic to dairy so always get soy and specify my allergy. The person before me got soy as well, but they had milk chocolate in theirs and steamed the chocolate IN the soy container. They had already started making mine when I had to stop them. Very dangerous if I hadnt been paying attention.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The coffee is always bad and they never get my order right! Absolute worst business I have ever consistently had so many problems. My order hasnt been right the last 5 times Ive been here they cant even remake my drink properly I want to go get my money back and not even drink this. its ridiculous! GO TO THE CARIBOU IN HORNBACHERS village west!!!

Best location of all the Caribou Coffee shops in town. Could have more comfortable seating. I have a hard time finding something I like here other than drip coffee - but if youre into sugary foo foo drinks (frappuchinos, flavored lattes, etc) than this is the place for you!

Stellar customer service from everyone who works here. Great environment thats always clean. I drive by another Caribou, Dunn Bros and a Starbucks just to get my cup of Joe at this particular Caribou. Keep up the good work guys!

I like the iced coffees here, but customer service isnt very good! Ive only had 2 friendly staff when Ive been to this location (and I go here alot).Dunn bros & Starbucks staff seem alot more friendly!
