Every time i come here they always forget to prepare my drink right like i tell them many times and they still do it. One friday i went in there and ask for a vanilla fro lattie with crushed ice and she gave me regular ice. I said i wanted crushed and she was upset and handed it to my friend liek i just walked in with my friend and that what he wanted not me so why she gave my friend the messed up drink lol. Then on another friday i walked in and the girls just give that immature stare and talked among each other including the 1 guy who was there. So i ordered 2 white mocha and they were like " What did you say ! " I told her nicely and the worker was just rude. I may not come back.......

As a writer, I am always looking for good coffee shops where I can write and have a cuppa. Saxbys is the answer to my prayers in the North Dallas area. Not only do they have tea at a very reasonable price, much less than the exorbitant rates charged nowadays, but the facility has several seating options, indoors and outdoors. A fireplace actually gets turned on on the colder days. Its clean. The wifi works well. The music playing is positive and and pleasant. The service is most courteous, kindness with no attitude. Its a joy to find this place!

My son and I have been visiting this establishment for over one year now. We have gone inside many times to enjoy our java (and a jalapeño kolache) and ruminate over the current state of our lives/country/educational system. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff always friendly and we have both found the coffee to exceed that of a certain large coffee chain that shall remain nameless. I especially enjoy those rare cooler months that allow for the staff to turn on the gas fireplace. This is the perfect spot to read, write, study, or chat!

Pleasant atmosphere. The staff are always friendly. They seem to have a much bigger latte menu than the other natl coffee shop chain. There is a fireplace that is great for sitting next to in the winter months. Parking is usually good - there is a multi story behind if you want to keep your car out of the heat and dont mind walking 1 minute. Prices are about the same as other name brands. Dont expect to get a latte for 99c! No cons that I can think of.

Today went to saxbys coffee as the weather was cool and felt like having something hot and went to saxbys coffee as it was my first time. I ordered a hot espresso and it was not hot as well as they had given me only less quantity of the drink. I dont what they thought but this was my first bad impression in my life.

Good pricing. Coffee and iced coffee is good, but most importantly if you regularly stop for iced coffee youre only spending $2 and some change for a medium where as bux will charge you upper $3+. Snacks are good and Internet is fast for some studying. Seats with outlets are limited but comfy.

I come here to study and read. The service is always prompt and polite no matter the time or day. There is an excellent variety of comfortable seating, a small patio, a drive thru, an indoor fireplace, and a general welcoming cozy atmosphere.

Great little coffee shop to grab a cup of joe and get in a few hours of work. They have a lot of areas that are great for setting up your laptop and sitting a spell. They also have a nice area of patio seating for warmer weather.

Picked up several coffees for myself and my co-workers; once I got back we realized all of the cups were only half-filled, I wish I were exaggerating! At least the coffee itself was good I guess. $5 for 4oz of coffee though...

Good coffee, nice atmosphere. Music on, but not too loud for normal conversation. Enjoyable place to park with your laptop for a couple of hours to enjoy a cup of Joe and catch up on email or other online items.

I love that they have Small, Medium and Large sizes. Theres no pretentiousness from the staff. Everyone is very chill and nice. My favorite is the White Rabbit. Hazelnut and White Chocolate.

Great coffee and kind staff. We were headed to the dog park and stopped by for a drink. They gave our pup a dog treat which we thought was above and beyond everyday customer service.
