Worst Starbucks Ever! This Starbucks is located inside of Tom Thumb. (Thats not the problem) I have a very specific drink that I prefer, the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher to be exact with NO ICE. Im not a complicated person. I know what I want, and when I say NO ICE I mean NO ICE!!! This is the ONLY Starbucks Ive ever had a problem with!!! Every time weve went to this location the same Lady "Mona" to be exact is extremely RUDE, and refuses to NOT put ice. I wouldnt make such a big deal about it if Mona wasnt Rude, and Unprofessional! -The customer is ALWAYS Right!
