I just recently started coming to this location and the only 2 times my order has been incorrect. I asked for "2 Mocha Frappucino Venti". Ive gotten caramel in them both times. The first time I only had them correct 1 of the drinks since I dont mind caramel. My wife in the other hand hates it. The young lady was polite, apologized and fixed it. The second time I returned 1 and requested it fixed, the guy started defending himself immediately. After he remade it, hatefully, he had the other guy hand it to me while he was also trying to defend his buddy. I understand that it is a busy place but I can guarantee you that if you listen more carefully to your customers order you will be more productive. These kind of mistakes takes up too much time for both parties involved. My objective is not to be mean or upset the employees. I just want my experience at this location shared.

I usually go to the Starbucks closer to the Tollway on Belt Line and not going to that location was a huge mistake. I ordered an Earl Gray Tea Latte. I know this is not the most common drink for people to order so it doesnt always come out right. When they called my drink 35 mins after placing my order it was a Green Tea Latte. I told the barrista this and he acted like it was a huge inconvenience to have to remake the drink with the correct tea. The barista then asked if I wanted my drink sweetened. My response was "I ordered an Earl Gray Tea Latte it comes with vanilla in it". He then shouted at me "Some people dont like it sweetened". I cant rate it lower than 1 star but the customer service at this location is horrible.

Ive been to this location twice this week and I was disappointed both times. Today was the ultimate disappointment and disrespect when the same lady that had helped me earlier this week had the audacity to tell me were another store location was because I asked for my drink and informed her I had been there twice this week and the service was very slow both times. I believe it is obvious when a customer comes in early morning they are in a hurry and trying to get to work. Also considering the fact that there was no one in line before me. This location really needs to teach their employee what customer service is all about and how to treat people that patronize with them 3 to 5 days out of the week.

Well, depending on who is working there, it can be a nice experience or a really bad one. I live about 5 min. from this location so it is very close to my house. The 2 employees that I think have a horrible attitude issue are both male and one is in his 50s with white hair and the other one is in his late 30s I think. Those 2 are just very rude unfriendly, arrogant and bad baristas. Not sure what their problem is but they are just plain rude and unfriendly. On the other hand, the other baristas that work there besides these rude ones, are really nice and professional.

NEVER NEVER NEVER going to this stupid coffee shop. Ive gone 3 times to this place thinking something would be different. This place either needs to hire more people to make simple coffee (Not rocket science) or just close. People complain. They have forgotten my drink over and over again. ITS A COFFEE SHOP! YOU SHOULD HAVE COFFEE READY! all i ask for is a regular cup of coffee. not much to ask for a coffee shop. Especially when there are 2-3 people in the drive thru and 2 people inside. Just terrible service woah.

Not a relaxing place to get coffee. Convenient location but small store so it always feels crowded and hectic. Due to a recent remodel, there are more seats than before, but the new seats are less comfortable. It is still hard to get a seat during busy times. There is a new Starbucks franchise inside the Target just down the street, and I have started going there instead. Once you accept that $5 is a reasonable price for a cup of coffee, you can learn to accept anything! ;)

I am a VERY frequent customer to Starbucks, but this was my second time at this location and I have never had the worst experience until today 3/15/17. The cashier was so rude and acted like if she didnt understand me and I wanted to order something from the secret menu and the other lady making drinks with a rude tone said it wasnt in the menu but in all the Starbucks I have been they nicely make it. Ill never come back to this store again. RUDE PEOPLE!!!

I’m from Chicago and started hanging out at this particular Starbuck about a month ago and I am very pleased with the personnel. They are very nice and very attentive to their customer needs. Also all the customers I’ve met there was extremely polite and friendly. It’s a very cool place to hang out and met new people in the hood. However, I will be visiting other starbucks to see how they match up with this one.

During my stay to use the Internet, here is what I noticed: - Seating is crowded: it can be hard to get up and move around at busy times. - Not every seat has electrical outlets nearby. - Drinks take a while to be made. - Since all seating is close to each other, the area can get loud when there are lots of customers. Other than that, it was the average Starbucks experience. Internet speed is 60Mbps.

Staff very pleasant. Coffee same as any other starbucks. The parking lot situation is awful. Its too small and there is only one way in. The worst problem with this place is their inefficiency. This is the absolute slowest starbucks I have ever visited. By the time you get to the window your attitude is so bad youre not in the mood for morning pleasantries.

The staff are frienly, and they have great customer service. This store is located 5 minutes south of the Addison airport. I personally really enjoy drinking coffee here and ejoying the stores ambience. The parking lot can be a little crowded at times, but there is extra parking in the south part of the building. Overall, a great location.

This has to be the slowest Starbucks in the metroplex. Its not uncommon to spend 30 minutes in the drive through, with only 3 or 4 cars in front of me. I only come here because its the closest one to my work and where I live. Edit since remodeling - The inside is much nicer, but unfortunately they still have the same slow, crappy staff.

A good location with fast service. Location has indoor and some outdoor seating. Indoor seating doesnt allow for much private conversation, but most Starbucks are setup this way. Location is at intersection of Beltline Rd and Midway Rd. Feel free to read my other reviews in the area for dining and entertainment.

I passed by this Starbucks on my way to meet a friend it was about 9 oclock on a Saturday night it was busy and to my surprise they didnt ask me to repeat my order which usually happens because its kind of complicated I went through the drive thru I got my drink in less than 3 minutes and it was perfect
