I decided I would go to sonic for some ice cream and a drink. I pull up and push the red button. The guy said welcome to sonic my name is such and such(not wanting to name names) will do that when I call the corporate office. I say I would like a route 44 cherry coke. I would also like a med caramel custard, I would also like a small hot fudge caramel custard. He said is that a sundae. I said no its a custard he asked the same question two more times I finally got aggravated and yelled no its a custard into the microphone. On the screen it said snickers I told him I did not want a snickers custard and he said dont worry the caramel we use is actually from the snickers. I said ok. He then asked me again to verify my order that was on the screen. So I assume that the people inside making the food would know just to bring out a caramel not a snickers well she brought it out to the car and wouldnt you know it was a snickers I do not like sneakers I did not ask for a snickers I asked for caramel I did not say anything to her because by then I was fed up with trying to get my order correct. My cherry coke was awful. I will never visit that sonic ever again I stand by my original thought they shouldve put a Taco Bell in

Out of all of the Sonic locations ive visited in Middle Tennessee this Sonic location is by far the best experience ive encountered when it comes to fast food in general. The staff is really friendly and upbeat. My Sonic Cheeseburger and onion rings were great! And my service was outstanding. Every Sonic should follow the standard this one does.

People are rude , waited forever for my food. I was lucky to be able to watch an employee eat food though the window, as I was wondering where my was. Now I understand why they call this one the hood Sonic. They really need to get it together.

Love to come here for breakfast... the most Friendly Car hops in Tennessee... its so nice when they ask how youre doing and how your day is going... a little friendly conversation always translates into bigger sales...!

Ordered some yogurt ( cause I cant eat ice cream ) well I really think it was ice cream cause it tore my stomach up bad. Also ordered a sandwich that was suppose to be on Texas toast, well I got regular light bread.

Good food and fast service make this place a good choice...the prices can be a bit high though..this is the only drawback to an otherwise American fare staple.
