the managers in this place are ridiculous.one of the dropped the wings on the floor, and I watched her throw them back in the box.i asked about it, and she said they were hers,but not even 5 minutes later,i watched the EXACT SAME BOX, go to a customer that came in. I ran out to her car to let her know what happened and she got her money back,the managers mary and kiley,apologized and said they must have gotten them mixed up.i said something to the manager and all they did was get rude and started cursing at me from behind the counter and told me if I ddnt like the way they run the store not to eat there.i will never go here again and I will never let anyone I know go here.someone should call the health department and have this place shut down.

I will never order from this location again. I placed my order at 1:58 pm and was given a time frame of around an hour. At 3:36pm I called an spoke with a store associate who informed my order dispatched 12 minutes prior to my phone call. Okay fine. At 4:23 pm I received a call from the driver, who was now back at the store, saying he was driving around and couldnt find my home. This was an hour AFTER he had left the store to deliver! Unacceptable service and behavior. I requested a refund, which hopefully can find its way to my account better than the pizza could to my home. Very disappointed by this experience.

I live in Oklahoma and wanted to order my best friend a pizza for her birthday. I put in an order here, and they were soooo friendly and helpful. Called me when I had a card issue, fixed it, and wrote a very sweet happy birthday not on paper on top of the box for her. Even added smiley faces. And the delivery person was super friendly and cheery to my bff when she took the pizza to her. Oh and apparently the pizza and cinnamon sticks were fabulous, too. Thank you for making a 9 hour distance between two friends much easier on a special day!!!

Absolutely inappropriate workplace conversations within earshot of customers. I heard the plotting of a sexual harassment lawsuit case, in the event that the young man who asked for an application (8/20 7:20ish). Worst Pizza hut ever. If the cashier mentioned my topping choice in disgust one more time, i would have given it a 1 star. Also didnt apply the appropriate discounts, but thats my fault for not checking the receipt. Must be a KY thing. Still in shock over hearing such an conversation in a business setting. Predatory women work here.

We used to go here purely for the convenience. I would usually carryout and every time I went in I would be waiting inside for at least 5 minutes for someone to finally give me my order. Every time no one seemed to know what they were talking about. I dont think I have ever gotten an order with nothing wrong with it. Its always just gross and the order is wrong in some way or another. They have a lot to work on if I will ever go back.

Pizza was late by 20 mins. I ordered less than 5 min after our neighbors and some how they didnt arrive together. Ridiculous Flavor was good. But needed to cook a few more mins...cheese was not fully melted....the dough was definitely not done..... Its not hard to make pizza. Only reason this got one star was because the delivery driver was very kind.

Pizza is okay, I personally dont like pizza hut but my others in my family do. They dont usually get the order right. We ask for no sauce and there is sauce or there is a topping missing, this time it was the olives. The young lady working the register was friendly enough but not as friendly as she could have been. All in all, its just okay.

I ordered a half and half and different meat choice on each half. Of course I love pineapple on my pizza its been a long time since i had it. However i was disappointed because i was expecting thick crust, more meat and more pineapples. Plus too much crust but less meat. But Im not going to stress, this pizza is delicious.

I just ordered a pizza from them and had it delivered, in my first bite there was a nice long hair, I called to nicely inform them of it and I was laughed at. Pizza Hut will no longer have my business. Very rude workers.

The sauce from the wings was more inside the bag than it was on the wings themselves which werent very hot to begin with. Plus the box and the pizza were crushed. And the woman who took our order over the phone was rude.

The food is amazing and the staff there is extremely friendly. I had a small problem with my food and the manager was super nice and fixed it right away. I will continue to order with this pizza hut.

Great staff! Thank you Samantha for being wonderfully friendly. This location is quick with exceptional quality especially in comparison to the other close by locations. Wish it had a sitting area.

Normally they have really great pizza. Today was not their day however. We ordered $86 worth of pizza (3 pizzas) and all of them were not 100% correct, lukewarm, and just subpar overall.
