My 6 friends and I ordered a two pizzas and cheesy bread. One pizza had pepperoni and bacon, the other was just cheese. Not too complicated. They said it would be 45 minutes. He then called 30 minutes later to say there was no bacon. We waited an hour after it was supposed to get to the house and tried to call them to see where our order was because we had two friends that had to go to work, but no one would pick up the phone. We waited another hour after that, called multiple times with no answer and our two friends left. Frustrated we decided we needed to somehow get our money back. 30 minutes past, and it was a grand total of 2 hours and 30 minutes since our pizza shouldve arrived, and we get a call from them saying "hey, sorry I missed your call. Whats up?" Completely unprofessional. We asked about the pizza and he said it had just gone out with 6 other deliveries. We told him we wanted to cancel our order and void the transaction. Wouldnt suggest getting pizza from here EVER.

I order from this location 2-3 times a week with no issues until today. Talked to the manager, Nathan, about a pizza return. He then sent me the exact problem pizza that I received the first time. When I called again and asked if he checked the second pizza that was sent to me, he replied "Im busy. I cant check all of the pizzas." Way too many more options in Spring Hill to deal with a General Manager of a store that is too busy to take 5 seconds to look at a replacement order for their original fail. Yet i always tip big and have nevet complained before. Bye Nathan. My money to your establishment and generous tips to your polite drivers will go elsewhere. Learn from your drivers how to treat people. They could teach you accountability, C.A.R.E., and respect for others. They know it well, while their Manager lacks all of it.

Manager is HORRIBLE! On two occassions we have ordered a pizza we NEVER recieved... 1st time the manager said she "couldnt find our order"... I was SURE she was the one that took it an hour and half before. She then informed us that they could make us a pizza and deliver it but it would be a while b/c her driver was out doing deliveries. We didt return for several months and decided to give them another shot. The second time we placed an order was online and after waiting an hour and no show we called only to be told by the manager that the delivery guy was sick and they werent doing deliveries... her only offer was that she would make a pizza for us and we could come pick it up. When asked to be able to speak to the owner she refused to give out his information.

ordered 3 large pizzas at 5:53 pm was given a 30 minute time estimate called back an hour later and they didnt even have an order registered under my name, they said I would have a 15 dollar discount and would receive my order in 30 minutes, it is 8:30 pm now and I have yet to receive my order, I had called back again at 8:00 pm and was given a 30 minute time estimate and a free order. I recommend never using this place, I also talked to 4 different people and the manager who did not seem to care. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The person taking the order could not focus on his job. Kept laughing and talking with coworkers while on the phone. The order delivered to me was not mine. I ordered 1 pizza. My nephew that answered the door received 3 pizzas. Obviously somebody didnt get their order either. I called and was told dont worry about it, just keep them. I dont want three pizzas that I didnt order. I just want what I ordered. Advised to call back Monday to speak to a manager. Unprofessional franchise.

Ordered food and it was cold and the order was wrong. They gave us someone elses pizza that had no sauce and olives...otherwise we would have just dealt with the mistake. When we called to tell them of the mistake, they didnt want to send a replacement pizza. When we called again to check on the order since we hadnt received anything, the manager hung up on us. The delivery guy finally showed up 90 min later. Worst customer service weve had in a long time.

They must be completely under staffed. And lack communication. We ordered our pizza at 6:18pm, estimated delivery was supposed to be at 7:15pm. By 7:50pm we call wondering where the pizzas were and the driver was lost and the order went out late. The pizzas arrived at 8:10pm, and were lukewarm at best but at that point they were free. I will be monitoring for my refund though and wont be ordering again unfortunately.

The worst place ever.. son ordered for delivery and hour and a half later he went and got it.. pizza was so burnt old and disgusting so they re made it.. still is horrid.. worst customer service.. Ordered 2 stuff crust pizzas online, picked them up and went home only to find them as regular pizzas. Went back to store and told them I got the wrong pizza and they said " we are out of string cheese for the crust" so we can refund u. Why did you not tell me that when I pick them up. Waste of my time.

Told one hour delivery. Called back 90 minutes later...and then told 2 hours. 2.5 hours later and still no pizza. Will never order a pizza from here again. Not the drivers fault and not the employees mistake but incredibly poor management. Home sick or would have ventured out... pathetic.

Every single time I order from this location it is ALWAYS 1.5-2 hours wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. Something is seriously wrong operationally at this location. If youre hungry, Id suggest looking elsewhere. If youre looking for tomorrow nights dinner today, then this is your place.

I was on the phone for 20 minutes and no one ever picked up. They made my pizza wrong twice. Management and service is horrible. Only reason Ive gone back was to use my credit and I have had terrible service each time. They need a new manager and they need to discipline their employees.

The whole order was under cooked the bread sticks doughy and when I called to have them bring me back what I have ordered he told it would be over an hour before they got back to me. The service and food is never good an I will not go there anymore. And neither should anyone else.

Ordered at 6:30pm, its 8:10pm and still dont have my order. Called the store and the guy who answered was rude, said he doesnt know when Ill get my order and that it has only been an hour. He obviously cant tell time (6:30- 8:10 is not 1 hr)!

Our food is always right and other than occasionally waiting a little longer than we were told for deliveries, we have no complaints whatsoever! They also always include new coupons to use for next time! No complaints here!
