Horrible!!!! I dont even want to give them 1 star. Terrible customer service from the Manager of all people. I placed an order online at 7:58pm on 3.11.17 estimated time of arrival 8:58pm at 9:25 pm the delivery driver shows up and doesnt leave entire order. We had to run out and catch him and he gave us our box. Once we opened the boxes to stone cold pizzas we discovered that our cheese sticks were actually bread sticks and they were burnt. I called and spoke with Mandy the Manager... and she informed me the delivery time was 2-3 hours and the web site is inaccurate and there was nothing she could do for me. I again stated that the pizzas were cold and we did not receive what I paid for. She again let me know that she could not help me and all she could do was make us new pizzas but we would need to pick up as they would not deliver again. She also mentioned that their warmers were not working and with the weather being cold it wasnt their fault. I let her know that I wasnt worried about the cold pizza however, I was concerned that I did not get what I ordered and paid for. I also let her know I didnt understand why I had to pick up my order when they delivered the wrong thing. She then very rudely let me know if they happen to get a delivery request in my direction then maybe they would bring me my order but that was all she could do for me. Mind you the house is 1.6 miles from the store....I then explained to her I would be reaching out to her corporate office, which I have done. She very sarcastically told me to have a great night. It is no wonder this store only has a 1 star review... with leadership that is displaying this kind of poor customer service to their employees, you are not going to get much back as the customer. I work in the customer service industry as a Regional Manager and I was appalled at the lack of trying to satisfy the customer that was displayed. Especially when it comes down to paying for a product you did not receive. This is a form of theft in my book. Go to another pizza place in the neighborhood!

I like how people are always acting like everything should be so perfect in this world... That people and fast food industries need to be perfect when the people who are doing the complaining are not even close to perfect themselves.. Now honestly people should take in consideration that they are asking for a delivery because they are to lazy to get out of their own house and dont want to go out in certain weather blah blah... to even think that idk on top of being busy but the weather could also slow the driver down a lil.. or that they go in order for all customers are important. to the company, when 75% of the times the food get there on time... or befor, and people are to good to tip, even though they came out in this weather to deliver to you and your own...but yet you can sit here and complain non stop about how people are rude in certain places. honestly can you say that you did not edge them on to that rudeness with your own rude words... yelling at them... disrespecting them... I could write a complaint here about my service but honestly I cant. cause if my food is a lil late I call... ask them in a nice manner if it on its way..they normally tell me yes or what not. if I have a problem I call them in a nice manner and explain to them my problem and they are really nice to help me with it.. as everyone knows actions will always speak louder then words. and honestly Im sure there are a lot of people in this world that can complain for days they enjoy it... but honestly people have stopped listening and if they havent. they will.. in due time... thank you for reading and please live life long.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 3 of the 5 dollar menu items at 650pm last night. After finishing the order it said it would be delivered at 812pm. 812 came and gone and finally called at 840. Was told it was on the way and would be there in 5 mins. Now its 915 and I called to cancel and get a refund. After being put on hold I was then hung up on and proceeded to call back and nobody answered. We then drove to the store where nobody was there and they were standing around talking. Its now 940 about 3 hours later and the girl at the register was completely rude and proceeded to tell me that they knocked on my door and called me. I had NO missed calls and was sitting in the living room with a dog who would have barked if somebody was at the door. She was completely rude and gave me an attitude as if I was lying. I asked for a refund and she said "dont worry, the ticket was voided. Youll get your money back." I said thank you I will not be coming back. She said okay thats fine with a smile. Waited 3 hours to eat and then got attitude after attitude with these people. Horrible experience and Ill never be ordering from them again. Ill take my business to dominoes who is always nice!

Customer service is AWFUL! We ate there. I couldnt tell who the manager was or if there even was one. Took probably 15 minutes before they even come to our table to take drink order. People were coming in to get to go orders and they were leaving without their order because they had not fixed it . One guy came in to pick his order up they told him it would be 7 more minutes so he waited , 20 minutes later he was still waiting . We had another couple with us that ordered the same time we did and they go t their pizza after we were done eating. One girl was talking on her cell phone while making the pizza and a lady waiting to be seated called her out on it and told her she needed to get off the phone and wash her hands. Will NOT BE BACK!! Wont surprise me if this place Shuts down due to poor management and customer service!!! Oh yeah , the guy waiting on his pizza was still waiting when we left and they told him it would be only 7 minutes. As far as the girl talking on the phone , she ran out crying!!

1st we sat ourselves we didnt see anyone. A guy came took our order. 15 mins later another couple came in. They got their drinks quickly. So Im looking and a waitress comes over and said the guy that took our order had to deliver pizza, no big deal. So she took it. The other couple got their appetizer we still waiting, she comes over ask again what we wanted. Are u kidding me!?! So they rushed to get ours out. Pizza first then 10 mins later appetizer. We got our silverware and plates ourselves from the bar. So the manager tells our waitress its free. Fine but it does not make up from all the trouble. I told him thank you, he looked at me and NEVER acknowledge that I was talking to him. Its horrible. And he was a manger from another Pizza hut. Smh.
