I think that the Asia Chinese restaurant is a great restaurant. I have visited this restaurant countless times. As you walk in you can feel the great atmosphere. The professional yet cheerful staff are always there to cater to any needs that may arise. There is rarely ever any wait to be seated, which gives this restaurant a “well kept secret” feel. The ornamentation is excellent. You really feel like your getting the oriental experience you paid for. The brightly colored paintings on the walls accent the ornaments and carpets in the truly unique Chinese way. The buffet selection is incomparable to any other place you have ever been. The food is always hot which tends to be a common mistake made by many Chinese restaurants. The chicken that is served is nothing but quality white meat, which doesn’t leave you wondering where all the stray dogs went. I definitely recommend the General Tso chicken. One has not lived a successful life until they have gorged themselves in General Tso chicken. Waiters sometimes make the mistake in thinking that their only jobs are to tell you where to sit, take your order, and give you straws. At this restaurant customer and neglect don’t even go in the same sentence. The waiters seem to read your mind, because at the precise moment that you think you may need something they are right there ready to help. In conclusion, if you are in search for the best Asian restaurant for you money, or maybe you would just like some quality food look no further, the Asia Chinese restaurant is the best pick for your buck. Two thumbs up.

Asia Chinese Restaurant is my favorite place to eat in Smyrna, and has been for years. There is usually no wait and we are seated right away. My grandfather and I go there so often that the hostess knows us and usually just brings us our drinks without even asking. It seems that all the staff are friendly and serve their customers with a smile. The atmosphere is pleasant and the booths comfortable. This restaurant is an all-you-can-eat buffet with tons of choices. Many variations of chicken, beef, pork dishes, as well as vegetables, pasta and rice are on the buffet. They even have non-Asia foods like pizza. I like to start my meal off with one of my favorites, egg drop soup. The buffet also includes large selections of salads and desserts. I like being able to go back to the buffet at any time and pick out just what I want. Sometimes I try new things that look interesting. They pass out the traditional fortune cookies at the end of the meal. The fortune cookies are also quiet good to eat and it is fun to see the message inside. I don’t think I have ever gotten the same message twice. The cost of the lunch meal is very reasonable considering the variety and depending on how hungry you are. I’d recommend this restaurant for the great food and friendly staff.

I am not typically the kind of person to outwardly express my dissatisfaction with service in most cases; This is an exception to my own rule. I want to start off with the positive things then go into the negatives. I found this place based on my "OK GOOGLE" search for best Chinese restaurant in Smyrna. This restaurant showed up second based on location and ratings. I am still scratching my head on how they ranked so high after my horrible experience. Good 1. Online ordering system user friendly and easy to understand. 2. Employee was friendly with limited English skills. 3. Price was ok Bad 1. Curb appeal 2. Interior decorations 3. Takeout order was bland and greasy 4. Meat didnt seem to be fresh Not going to beat up on this place but I am most absolutely certain I wont be going back ever again. Note: Golden China is much much better but I had issues with their hygiene practices. For me to witness an employee come right off the street from the delivery scooter NOT WASHING his hands to touching cooking utensils is a sign for me to back off. I had food poisoning twice in the past and its a frightening thing to witness bad food safety practices.

I had enjoyed going here once a week for take out on my lunch break many times over the last year and a half.... I had no complaints and was very satisfied with the food in comparison to the price. However, I have not been in the last few months. The last time I went, as usual, I filled my tray from the buffet. I got back to my desk, started eating, and about half-way through my lunch I discovered a short, black hair in my food. My hair is very long and blonde, so I know it didnt come from me. I was a little put off by it, but figured I would just avoid that area of my tray and continue eating. Its just a hair. Then I found 2 more hairs and though I tried to keep it together, I nearly got sick. How could that many hairs get in one area? Maybe they were having a bad day and someone decided to clean out their hairbrush in the kitchen, but I havent brought myself to go back.

They are lovely people who are trying to make a living and serving better than average food for a better than average price. They are always cheerful and make guests feel welcome. Many of these reviews are simply spurned old men and women who cant find any enjoyment in anything much less what they are having trouble digesting. Others are much more simple they dont respect oriental people living in the south. Get there early when its fresh and you wont be disappointed.

Average below par Chinese place. Dark and dingy inside, floors slick with grease. Food was ok, less than great. They do have a stir fry station and two rolls of sushi covered by cellophane... The staff was eating at another table but not food off the buffet, they had prepared themselves something different. You can pretty much sum this place up from your first impression as you pull in the parking lot!

I ate for the first time. I came in during off peak, so understandably the bar was a little Barren. However, I was greeted right away in a friendly.manner, my drink was kept filled the entire meal. After they replenished the bar the food was good. A few items that are not at other Chinese buffets. For a dinner buffet of $7.88, well worth the price.

There is not enough variety for a buffet. The popular dishes are not kept warm and the not so popular dishes are dry and/or stale. The staff does not refresh the dishes. The desserts are a joke but I guess that is par for any chinese restaurant. Two people - $28 after tip - it is not worth it. Should have done take out.

Didnt get our order from online. When I showed up, had to retake the order. Didnt offer any discount and charged full price. Had to tell them about the online discount to even get it. Tried to offer sweet tea and soup as "good will". Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. All of this before I even get my food.

My family and I have eaten many , many times over the last ten years. We have always considered it as the best Chinese restaurant buffet. The wait staff is always very pleasant and helpful. They check back you several times during our meal to see if there is anything else we need. Wonderful place to enjoy a good meal!
