Delivery service is crap. Im at work and I decide to give this place a try so I called at 11:49am to order food, I tipped over the phone. I call again at 12:36pm because I havent seen my delivery person yet, the lady who took my order answered, and I said very calmly, " hey, I called around 11:30 and I havent gotten my order yet." She asked me for my address again and then she chuckled and said "you said you called at 11:30? I dont think so." I can prove that I called them because like every smart phone- it keep record of all phone calls. As Im writing this review its 7 minutes until 1:00pm. I STILL havent seen my order. I checked my online banking account and they had taken the money out already.. so where is the food??

Do not order online!!!!!!! I placed my order for advanced delivery, and an hour after that advanced time it was STILL not at my home. When I called to check on my order, that was pre-paid, the owner said it wasnt made yet. Then proceeded to yell at me- in English and Chinese. She then hung up. When I phoned back, she refused to talk to me. And put some college student on the line who was clueless. I was charged almost $50, that was not refunded, for no food! They have some tasty meals, but nothing is worth this entitled behavior and attitude, when I am the consumer. *** I have filed fraudulent use of credit card with my bank and beyond menu

My husband and I tried this because of the free delivery. The first couple of times they delivered, the food was okay. Tonight, we got sweet and sour chicken and general tsos chicken dinner combos (the same thing we get literally every time). We did not receive our egg rolls, and my sweet and sour chicken was petrified. Literally hard as a rock, could not break it, looked two weeks old chicken. My husband called and asked for a replacement and they said they would send more. It came in the EXACT SAME condition!!!!!!!!! What the heck! Wont be ordering again, delivery is not worth wondering how old your food is.

Placed an order online through Beyond the Menu and received confirmation, waited over an hour and never got it. I gave them a call to see if it was on its way and it seemed like they had an 8 year old answering the phone. Finally after calling 3 times a grown up got on the phone and said that "due to them being busy, they had not started on my order". She told me they could have it to me in 15 - 20 minutes. I said I would just cancel. So then I had to call Beyond the Menu and request my order be cancelled. Trust me, save your time and order from Fulins or somewhere else. Dont try here. You will be sorry.

Dear, reader. I have written this review because of how amazed I am at the speed of which the Asian people that made and delivered my precious food completed their mission which is to feed the hungry and nourish the poor. Dear, Lord. This Asian food arrived at my household 8 freakin minutes after I called. 8. Freakin. Minutes. The food is excellent. As far as delivery Asian food goes. The lady on the phone made me a tad uncomfortable. But all in all, they made it here in a whopping 8 minutes. Get it.

I had the sweet and sour chicken, which was prepared fresh. It came with the sauce on the side which is how I liked it. The egg rolls were the best I ever had. The lady at the Restaurant said they make them fresh. Unlike a lot of Chinese restaurants that order them pre-made. It also came with fried rice, which was great. I got the lunch portion, which was more than I could eat. I look forward to my next visit to the Restaurant. I recommend everyone try it.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken with lo mein combo. Ive ordered from them several times before and hadnt an issue. I was appalled when i called because my lo mein tasted burnt and asked them to only replace the lo mein but she the owner asked me how much of the chicken Id eaten because theyd have to take the entire meal back and replace it. When the delivery guy picked the food up he made sure to ask if it was the full order. Ill never order from them again

I went inside to order my food. I was sitting waiting for the order and I see the lady stuffing the dumplings inside with no gloves or anything. The next thing I see is her picking up a rib or piece of chicken. She takes 2 bites and then goes back to stuffing dumplings with the same hands she just ate with. So as I was ready to cancel my order someone walks in so I dont say anything. Hell NO I will not be eating it and I will NEVER get food here again.

I had it about a week ago and it was fantastic. But tonight I ordered it again and this time I ordered teriyaki chicken. But when it arrived I had chicken on stick. It has no teriyaki flavor whatsoever, but when I called to explain what happened they just said its teriyaki chicken with a different name.

Excellent. just ordered for delivery. It took a while but well worth the wait. Superb food and great delivery for a Friday night. Welcome to the 20th century south Nashville and Brentwood. I have had chinese food delivered in both San Francisco and Seattle. These guys are just as good.

I found two one inch pieces or metal wire in my noodles. Possibly from the wire brush they use to clean the pans? Not sure, all I know is I am lucky that I didnt swallow them. Threw out the rest of my food. The taste of the other food was just so-so. I will not be eating there again.

I wont order from here ever again. The lady who took my order was rude as hell. Only reason I didnt hang up is because I had a long day I was tired and hungry.really I was just trying to get some food delivered asap. Aside from the rude lady I got food poisoning and Im pregnant.

I placed a delivery order was given a total and told it would be 30-45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes i call to ask where my food was. Was told i never ordered anything. I was told i called somewhere else. All i did was hit send twice. Same order was $3 cheaper at china moon.

Called and inquired about my order I put in 40 minutes ago, was told they just got my order. Now being informed it will take 5 minutes. This is the second time. The last time I ordered it took an hour. It usually takes 20 minutes. Still waiting.
