This was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences. It was about 9:30 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2015. We were going over to Walmart but thought we could make a quick run through the Taco Bell drive thru. That was a huge mistake! The woman taking drive thru orders was extremely bad at her job. It took her 10-15 minutes just to get our order taken which consisted of only 2 Meal Ds, 2 cheesy bean and rice, and 1 bean burrito. Once we finally got to the drive thru window it was at least another 15-20 minutes of sitting there waiting for our food. It was at least a 30 minute total wait in the drive thru if not a total of 40 minutes. Totally crazy! If I hadnt already paid for the food I would have driven off! There were multiple, multiple vehicles that became so disgusted that they broke out of the drive thru line and just left. The woman in the car in front of us appeared to be so upset that she pulled around and went in the store. I dont know if the workers there that night were new or just completely incompetent? There was at least 5-6 workers in the kitchen and maybe only a few customers inside. Absolutely, no excuse for a store/restaurant to be run so incompetently! My family and I have been pretty loyal Taco Bell goers for years and years and we should definitely be compensated with a giftcard for a future visit. I would give the Shelbyville Taco Bell on North Main Street a 0 (zero) rating for that night (Thursday night, May 14, 2015). I only clicked on the 1 star rating because that was the only way to submit my review.

I drive a semi truck out of the Wal Mart DC north of town. I drive nights, so the lobby is never open for me. Sometimes, I want a taco. Tacos are freakin awesome. So tonight, I bobtailed over there for my second time during the time the lobby is closed but the drive through is open. They were very understanding and even brought the food out to me tonight(since even without a trailer I cant fit into the drive through). Typically I just have to wait for a break in the drive through line to grab the food from the window. Great service, truly peeps that appreciate truckers. They may screw up an order here and there, but they have my thanks for going out of their way to serve me given my situation.

I love coming here I accept the fact that yes they are open 24 hours and understand that obviously when people are hungry and come out late at night to get something to eat theres going to be a long long it is what it is and I accept towbait in line instead of complain or getting mad like theres no need the staff is very hard working and I respect them for that, besides Waffle House being open I guess we all just love Taco Bell yall never let us down keep up the awesome work!

When I have to wait over 20 minutes for my order thats when I never come back today I waited 25 minutes after I paid to get my order this used to be a great place but Im sad to say I wont be back every again bye bye Taco Bell get new management for real just a big lazy group of people I wont never be back

Food is decent although inconsistent. Customer service is also inconsistent. Im really rolling the dice when I go here. I might get great food or I might get a dud burrito. All in all if you want a burrito fast and quality doesnt matter much to you then go for it. I still do regardless of the quality.

Service varies greatly here. Ive had great, quick service and also had to wait in a long line for much longer than seemed appropriate for the number of people there. Ive also had well-made tacos and messes that exploded as soon as I opened the wrapper. Can also be tricky to get in and out of.

Waited 15 mins in a drive thru. Wasnt even that far from the window. While waiting at the window the workers were goofing around and looking unprofessional. I know its fast food but come on! Wish I was as smart as the four cars that left before they got as far as I did....

40 minute drive thru wait time. When got home, 5mins or less away half the order was frigid as if partially thawed. Ridiculous. Third visit and all three strikes. No more visits, recommend save your time go somewhere that wants your business.

Probably a daily staple for me, everyone seems quite nice and they get the food out as quickly as possible. Usually found very clean and Ive never had an issue with the customer service from any of the employees.

Waited for well over 30 mins just for a taco and the new naked chicken 6 piece in the drive threw it needs major work or put a sign up that says 30 mins or more wait. This is like the 4th time not First!!!
