I come here a lot. Most of the employees are rude. The managers, often times, are worse. When there is a problem employees are not properly trained to know how to handle it. They just look at you with a dumb look on their face, unsure of how to handle the situation and say theyll get their manager. A lot of times the managers do not care, you can tell by their attitudes, and can only offer a refund or a free order next time you go. The problem is you do not want to go back. This is by far the worst fast food experience, I have no idea why I still go here.

New to this area. Love DQ. But disappointed with this one. 1st visit ordered pretzels, waited forever at drive thru window. The pretzels were a dark dark brown, (as if cooked in old oil). 2nd visit ordered a small blizzered, it was a watery like milk shake in a mini cup. Plus odered the choc browney desert. The browney was very hard around the edge and serving of ice cream was very small. I wont bother with a third visit. Waste of my money..

about 4pm today we got a #4 with fries and a drink plus a chicken basket. The fries in the chicken basket were AWOL and the drink was nasty. From Now on, Ill go across town to Wendys and get Baconator Fries and a better drink. Longer drive, but worth it.

Love coming here but today I found a long blond hair in my sandwich. I called up there and all the manager could do was place blame every where else instead of fixing it. Will not eat here again.

Its a hit or miss here. Sometimes its clean, tastey and just right. Sometimes they leave things out, season things wrong or look unsanitary. Doesnt ever stop me from going though.

Pretty nice place to relax inside or outside. The food is affordable and the people are super nice! I wouldnt recommend the drive thru.
