My mother ordered two five for fives and we got 9/10 she paid for. When we tried to explain to the employee that we were missing an item, she did not listen to us and went on to say that either its in the bag (which it was not) or somebody threw it out. She was very rude and did not offer us our last item free and tried to make us pay for an extra item. Awful experience.

So I just came to get some food n the girl was sweeping. And when I was ready to order she came n took the order n the other customer order. But she didnt wash her hands. Older store,needs updating, plenty of parking,has drive through,but a little pricey considering all the other fast foods to choose from on this part of Sale on rd, McDonalds across the street as well as Arbys, and , Hardees,its cheaper and the same quality if not better, needs to lighten up on the price of a 3×3 burger.

This is the worst Krystal I have ever eaten at. There is mold growing on the ceiling in the dinning room, the chairs are so filthy you are afraid to sit on them. Krystal really should send someone to inspect this franchise and shut it down, or take it over and renovate.

This is a really good place to eat. I also want to thank the owners for allowing 18 wheeler parking for customers only. You would be surprised how hard it really is to find parking at food establishments for 18 wheelers.

the service at this location is a nightmare if you order over the drive through you will be waiting for 30 to 45 minutes wich is ridiculous for a fast food I will never visit this location!!!!!!!
