I visited this location yesterday for the first time (It has only been open a few days). You can tell immediately it will be the same as the other non-caring "burger joints". The female cashier was not well trained. She took forever searching for buttons. She rang my order up wrong even though she repeated it to me correctly. I received wrong food in a record 11 minutes! Dining room was a mess; trash cans over flowing, windows hadnt been cleaned since construction, and the female manager was more concerned with cutting flaps off boxes under the front counter than getting our food out. (She NEVER made eye contact or spoke to any customer while I was waiting for my food.) I went back today with a discount coupon from a survey (free Whopper with drink and side purchase). Todays cashier was even worse. Complaining about her leg and arm being asleep she again couldnt find buttons. She told me I HAD to have fries and drink to get the free Whopper (receipt says drink and side). Only after I asked for the manager did she THEN find a way to ring up onion rings, drink and the free Whopper with cheese (which I was charged for but never got). Another record TEN minute wait and I got my food. The same manager was at least getting food out today but she looks mad as a wet hen. SMILE PEOPLE!!! At least act like you want us to come in and give our hard earned money to you. This was MY LAST visit to this slow moving, non-personality place. All the money someone invested in this place and in week one the management is showing it will be a total disaster as far as service and caring about customers. Keep that $.40 you over charged me for BK, I am done with you!!!

Ive been spending some time in Ashland City on a temporary consulting gig, and have anxiously awaited this new restaurants opening. There arent many places to eat over here, and in my opinion, a good Burger King aint bad. This isnt a good one. I know its hard to find people who will work these days, but the cashier appeared to be miserable. I didnt mind her being slow as Christmas, but she could have at least been amicable about it. Once she finally entered my order, I had to ask for my drink cup. She forgot. Speaking of which, all company-owned Burger Kings now have the Hi-Tech Freestyle drink dispensers with more than 120 choices. This franchise owner obviously went on the cheap with an old-style drink dispenser. I received my order and the fries werent hot; they were barely warm. My whopper had two thin slices of tomato, not much bigger than a quarter. And to top it all off, at approximately 11:05 AM, the restaurant was dirty. The floors were dirty, the floors behind the counter in the workstations were dirty; food all over the floors. I wont be back to this one.

Husband was so excited to have a BK in Ashland City, we went there today for the first time and got home missing a hamburger and we had 2 medium fries and one large when we should have had 2 large and 1 medium. The BK Bacon Burger had a few crumbs of bacon - what a rip off! When the lady manager called our number we went up to pick our food and she rattled off our order correctly and said it was all in there. Wasnt until we got home (20 minutes away) that we noticed our order was wrong. Extremely disappointing! Our order was not a difficult one - consisted of 4 burgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks. The only part of our order that was correct was the drinks which we got ourselves! My husband has been in the restaurant business all his life and he was shocked by the cleanliness of the kitchen, it was a disgrace! Food and trash all over the floor! Definitely not worth the $30 we paid for our partial order! Teach us to not check our bags ourselves! Lesson learned!

Its typical for people to only leave a review when theres a bad experience so I wanted to share my positive review. My expectations are never typically high for fast food, but Ive always been pleasantly surprised when my family visits this location. The service is always great. The food is always fresh and my orders are always correct and we have a picky eater who requires special orders. The first time we went through the drive through the line was long, but the restaurant had only been open for a week. Thats being said, half of the county was still going as it was new and this county doesnt get new options very regularly. Weve since visited as the newness is subsiding and the lines always move fast. If you visit during a typical rush of course expect a line, but it surpasses any other fast food joint in the town.

Like everyone else in this small town I was excited to have a BK in this area. I took my son there to get some ice cream and as we are sitting in the lobby all I can hear was the manager yelling at the employees. I turned around to observe what was going on and by no means was anyone giving her a reason to act in such a rude way. I know that most employees working there are high school students but that gives no right what so ever to speak to another human being that way. Managers/leaders should lead by example BK you need to reconsider your management staff.

Being that this BK is new to the area I understand the volume of business. I also know the need to train and that is what this store is doing while trying to service done ride and ungrateful people. The general manager is handling the racism very well. She is a strong one. We had to wait for our food but it was worth the wait. Everything was hot and fresh. We was served with a smile and was apologized to for the wait. My family will be coming back. Good luck to the General manager she will be good to the community. Be blessed.

Service was prompt. Employees were friendly, BUT as I tore my Whopper Jr. in half and pulled it apart there was a hair in the middle of the burger that was obviously there, Im sure by accident, DURING the making of the burger. Im sure, and hope that all precautions are being taken, but the not so attractive hair nets are surely being worn during food processing, right?

Second visit to the new Burger King in Ashland City. Couldnt wait for it to open. 30 minute wait in drive thru the first time, an employee that had no training nor work ethic, and okay food. Tonight they moved a lot faster but left off part of my order. No phone number to contact store on the receipt, online, or listed in phone book. Ugh!

HORRIBLE JUST DOWN RIGHT HORRIBLE... Their sign and website states that they close at 11pm so we drive over 30mins to get there wait in drive thru over 20mins and at 1030 the lady which was VERY RUDE says Sorry but we are closed really at 1030 they wanted to go home early and made not just me but 5 other cars sit and wait for nothing.

My and my fiance went to the drive through. He had asked for a minute while we decided on what we wanted. We ended up leaven before I had even got out what I wanted to drink with my combo due to being rushed multiple times by the woman taking our order. Will not be returning and will not recommend this place to anyone ever
