Can I give them 0 stars please? I just moved in town and ordered my second "basic crepe" here. The first was great, so I went back. It is a crepe (supposed to be) filled with butter, cinnamon and sugar. First off, they were out of utensils, so I asked the girl behind the counter if she could get me some. When I received my crepe, still no utensils. I walked back only to see the girl in question behind the counter. She had refilled the utensils without notifying me or bringing me some so I could have started eating. I take a bite. I dont taste any sugar, I take another bite more from the middle, still no sugar. I cant find sugar anywhere. It tastes dry like Im taking a spoon of cinnamon powder. I go to the counter (again) and the girl tells me she will bring me some sugar on the side. By now my crepe is cold and even with the sugar it just tastes terrible. I take it back to the counter and ask if I can just get a replacement to go as by now Im running late for a business meeting. A young boy comes from the kitchen and basically tells me he knows sugar went inside of it and that it probably melted. (If it would have melted it would not have been like taking a bite of dry cinnamon) He starts an argument with me stating that he thinks I ate too much of it (I only had three bites, but had cut the thing in pieces to see if I could locate any sugar, the entire plate was still covered) and says that he will not give me a replacement. Im seriously in shock! I ask him, THIS is how you deal with unhappy customers? Really? You do realize that I will never be back here again and that the word will spread. He says yes... I cannot believe they are seriously willing to risk their business over a freaking crepe that would cost them LESS THAN A DOLLAR to fix!!! (Over THEIR mistake!) They desperately need some customer service training! Their website states: "Red Bicycle Coffee & Crêpes was founded on the beliefs of treating customers like family." They must really hate their family.......

We came just before 7pm on a beautiful spring evening. As expected the patio was full, but the inside was dead. The staff was courteous and efficient, but not particularly warm. The decor is odd. It might be the lighting, which is too bright; dimmer would be better. They try too hard to look like a hipster coffee bar. It screams "we are not a corporate chain" too loudly, down to the artificially distressed tabletops. They offer a variety of sweet and savory crepes, a few sandwiches and tacos. We ordered a pizza crepe and a Turkey, Bacon, Avocado (TBA) sandwich. We were very disappointed. The pizza crepe looked beautiful on the plate, but was a disaster. The crepe itself was flavorful, but the pizza sauce was bland and tasted of can. It wasnt served hot enough to melt the cheese. We didnt even finish it. I almost sent the TBA back as soon as it hit the table. It looked like a childs after-school sandwich- Oscar Meyer between two slices of bread. The whole point of pairing bacon and avocado is to contrast crunchy and creamy, but this limp tasteless bacon failed completely. The only good point was the spicy mayo, which was probably Sriracha mayo from Kroger. Additionally, the sandwich was stingy- no thicker than my finger. For $8 I expect either quality or quantity. I got neither. Based on the taste of the crepe the Mrs. decided that we should try a dessert crepe, because we arent likely to return. The Cinnamon Roll crepe was a success. Warm, sweet, flavorful. The Americano was unremarkable. Go for a dessert crepe and average coffee. Dont go with an appetite.

Ordered "The Presley" specialty drink a banana, chocolate, peanut butter latte. Overall the flavor was of dark espresso and peanut butter. No banana or chocolate flavor came though. It tasted like the espresso they use is way too darkly roasted. Ordered a chicken, apple, blue cheese savory crepe. The texture and flavor of the crepe itself was fine. The filing was real chicken, apple and decent blue cheese (good flavor). The entire crepe was covered with some kind of chive sour cream or cream fresh sauce. It was not good and did not add to the flavor at all. Infact it was distracting and way too much. I would advice ordering a sweet crepe I imagine they are much better. When the crepe came out the server didnt bring a fork with it so I had to walk all the way back and get one, not a big deal but didnt make sense to me. The napkins were cheap and the utensils were plastic. Again not a big deal but the little things add up when the food was not great and the drink disappointing. Im sure they have better offerings and they probably deserve another chance but I wont be rushing back.

We recently moved into the neighborhood and a friend recommended this place. It has a pretty cool atmosphere and a good vibe. We ordered our crepes and were told it would be about 45 minutes (which was fine), so we decided to walk around the neighborhood. When we got back to pick up our order thats when we had an issue. We looked around and saw that there wasnt anywhere for the two of us to sit because 1 person was taking up a booth for 4 and another family was taking up 8 seats and waiting for 4 other people to join them. The staff was very friendly and tried to help us find a seat but were unsuccessful. We walked back home to eat our meal (which was great), but I think the overall experience may keep us from coming back.

We have been here a couple of time to study and the music is loud enough to enjoy, but not so loud that we cant focus. If we wanted the library quiet, we would go there! The crepe (Florentine for me) is large and even the crepe part of it has a nice flavor and is moist...not a scrap is left behind or cut off because it is dry and boring. On this visit, we ordered food and then about an hour later went up for some coffee for a travel mug we carry. The guy behind the counter only charged as a refill since we had purchased food. It is the little things that go a long way. I like the windows in the front and the cozy booths on the side. Everything is clean and just a very pleasant place to spend a portion of the day.

I love the atmosphere here. I get their iced chai, which is so reasonably priced compared to other places. Their breakfast tacos are really good too. Ive not tried any crepes though, as I dont really enjoy them in general. Would be five stars, however, I got the hot chicken tacos for lunch recently and they were truly repulsive. They were freezer chicken nuggets on a tortilla, with hot sauce, ranch, and cold cheese sprinkled on top. And the chicken was still cold on the inside. But as long as you stay clear of that, then youre golden.

Went to this place for brunch during a family vacation to Nashville thanks to Scoutmob. Saving a few bucks made the crepes well worth it. At first they said they couldnt do crepes because there was only one person working on Christmas day, but we said we didnt mind waiting-- it was well worth the wait. We ordered four crepes: wake-up with turkey, spinach, garden, and Nutella. Every single one was delicious. Tip: Split one between two people if youre looking for a moderate sized breakfast. And enjoy it with a cup of tea!
