Ive enjoyed each time Ive visited here. Honest seems to take a lot of care in providing high quality beverages and roasts. Ill be honest (see what I did there), every time I visit I get the cortado, and it has always been excellent. When Im there with a friend they always rave about what they are drinking as well. The baristas are knowledgeable, kind and laid back, the prices seem reasonable (for high-end coffee) and the clientele are all cooler than me and seem on the verge of starting a hip, new lifestyle design internet biz. If you enjoy well-crafted coffee in an environment that promotes the entrepre-hipster lifestyle youll love Honest Coffee Roasters...honestly. Cheers!

This is the first coffee place Ive ever been to that described the mouth feel of one of its roast like "tomato soup". The coffee shop is a cool space tucked inside a VERY cool space called The Factory of Franklin. Walking in you are greeted by Honests Large Roaster and friendly staff. They offer a few seasonal concoctions as well as all the standards of a premium coffee shop. Last time I was there I tried a coffee "lemonade" that was bright and refreshing. This place is slightly out of the way for me but the drive down to Franklin is beautiful and the shop so unique that I find it worth it for a nice change of pace.

Ive been to a lot of coffee shops in the Nashville/Franklin area and this one beats them all. I love that they roast their own beans. Ive been here when business is calm and when its busy and the staff is just as friendly and the coffee is just as delicious when their juggling a lot of orders. They really never sacrifice quality.

Best coffee in Franklin! Theres not much in the way of food aside from a few pastries from Humble Pie Bakery and the coffee selection is limited, but the quality of coffee and espresso drinks is excellent. They also have a coconut almond milk for a non-dairy alternative that is delicious! Great stop inside the Factory.

Friendly staff who take good coffee seriously while remaining friendly and approachable. Their espresso is great. Their Cuban is excellent. It might be as good as Cremas! If it isnt, its very, very close. Its in the same price range as Starbucks, but serves an immeasurably superior product.

Ive been to Honest Coffee many times, and I cant say enough about the staff and the coffee. I also recently took their coffee roasting class, and Brice was awesome!! It was so interesting to watch the process and learn from him. Not to mention I got a free drink out of the deal. ;)

Finally! I was able to experience their Cuban fresh today. Perfect. It was a lazy Thursday summer morning and then this coffee just kicked things off right! Simple coffee drink menu, which I appreciate. Looking forward to my next visit!

Beautiful coffee experience. Knowledgable and friendly staff serving high quality coffee in a great (unpretentious) atmosphere. Plus there are bakeries nearby and WiFi. Visit at the right time and watch the coffee being roasted.

Great coffee inside the Factory. I love how they serve in what looked like small bowls rather than the usual mug. It was different and cool. Nice space with a laid back, inviting atmosphere.
