The brunch here is one of the best Ive ever had. The crunchy potatoes were particularly great. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because Sunday morning, South Street, another restaurant across the street decided it was a good idea to let their opening crew BLAST music when opening their restaurant. As we were sitting outside is was really disturbing. We asked if this was usual, and the manager said that it was. What he failed to mention was that after about 10-15 minutes the music volume was turned down to a reasonable level. Certainly, 2 restaurant managers can get together on this. That wont stop me from going back, it was just an annoyance, and makes me reconsider whether or not I ever want to go back to South Street(although Ive always loved that place). The food at Le Sel was delicious and were anxious to try dinner.

What happened after I left was unforgivable. I ordered an apple crepe for brunch and the fromage blanc (cheese) was rotten because I got the WORST FOOD POISONING! I couldnt hold anything down for 4-5 days. In fact, I caught a flight after leaving the restaurant and almost threw up on the plane! I had no idea what was happening to me. I was dizzy, nauseous, and had every symptom of salmonella. I assure you it came from the crepe as this was the only thing I ate all day, and when I looked up the ingredients it made perfect sense. Management needs to priortize the service in the kitchen because this isnt right. I suggest you take this item off your menu OR ensure that its cooked & stored at the proper temptature.

I came here with a date, when we were invited by some of her friends. We had just finished eating grabbing drinks, and we both wanted to continue on with the night. Honestly didnt have much issue with this place, except the atmosphere. Its somewhere between hipster/ club/ Vandy hangout place. It was packed, and hard to move around. On top of that, good luck getting service at the bar when its busy. I think I was passed by at least 3 or 4 times before they would acknowledge me. Id say check it out, but I wont be back.

Called and got an immediate reservation at the raw bar for a Sunday brunch for two! Incredibly friendly hostesses and servers. The atmosphere was delightfully Parisian and we had the beignets, croque madame, and salmon benedict--would order all again! We had the best time and hope to return again soon.

Nice French restaurant that has some of the most flavor Ive had in awhile. We had the French onion soup which was out of this world. Also has the hanger steak which was so flavor filled and tender. Carrie was our server and was knowledgeable and helpful with menu choices. Great place.

The staff was friendly. Arrived during happy hour. I had 1 cocktail and appetizer. It was good. We planned on eating dinner but the menu was very limited and at the time it was nothing I was interested in. May give it a go some other time.

My daughter treated me to Le Sel for my birthday dinner, as she knew I had never been there. I was really impressed! Delicious food and excellent service in a lovely, comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend!

The oysters on the half shell were excellent for the happy hour price ($1.50 ea.) but what knocked my socks off were the moules frites (mussels).... phenomenal! They are a must try.

One of the best restaurants in Nashville. Great food, great drinks, and all at a affordable price point. The portions are perfect, no tiny plates for outrageous prices.

Nothing French about it that I can tell. Its Pinewood Social plus 10 bucks an entree. Head instead to Union Common for best happy hour in town!!!

The food isnt inherently bad, but it wasnt very French. When asked about the menu options, the waitress was not very helpful.

Delicious - you have to get the breakfast sandwich! Ive had four brunches there in a month, just so I could eat it.
