I have been trying to contact Panera Bread through their contact email on their website for almost 2 weeks now and have received NO response. I had a horrible experience at our Panera Bread. My husband and I both ordered the pick 2 specials to go and got a half salad and half sandwich. When we received our order the salads were ridiculously small! You could see the bottom of the to go box through the few little leaves of lettuce and croutons. I went back into the store and told them that their portions were tiny and I could get a bigger side salad at McDonalds for $1. They said that they just underwent training and they would get yelled at if they gave customers any more than what we were given!! First off, its bad enough that we were given these tiny salads but then to go back into the store and not have your order corrected because the cooks were too afraid of being yelled at by their boss, then to write Panera corporate and be COMPLETELY IGNORED despite 3 attempts to correct the situation?? This is NOT what I call quality service AT ALL and I am horrified that a company would treat their customers this way! How much does it cost to buy a head of lettuce and a tomato? How cheap do you have to be to give out such measly portions of a dish that costs you cents to prepare!

I placed a $25 order online New Years Day. There was a female employee behind the pickup counter complaining very loudly to a manager about another employee...something to do with working that holiday. She dropped several F bombs which doesnt necessary offend me I just thought it highly unproffessional and uncharacteristic of Panera employees. Also when I reached my destination (30 minutes away) I realized they had given me chive and onion cream cheese for cinnamon bagels! I had to make a trip to the store to buy regular.

We have had good experiences here in the past. We placed a to-go order today and the two salads we ordered we so tiny. They didnt even cover half the container, it was pretty much just a single layer at the bottom of the container. A few bites and it was gone. If it wasnt such a pain to take the salads back, we wouldve. It just wasnt worth our time. They really need to work on the portion size.

I have frequented this Panera since it opened because I work in Providence but today was my visit. I stood in line and was blatently overlooked while the customer behind me had his order taken. Go here if you want to feel insulted and enraged at a general disregard for customer service. Jalepeno Chedder begals I will miss you.

I used to go to this location at least twice a week but on my last visit as I was peeling my tuna sandwich apart I noticed a piece of some type of flying insect stuck to the inside of the bread. Totally grossed out will never go to this location again. LOOK BEFORE U EAT!

Drove home with to go order, no chicken on Greek chicken order. Staff acted like they didnt care. At least I got my chicken, but this review is for attitude. 1.6 stars rounding up.

This location is great, friendly staff and the food is awesome. The only downside to any Panera location is that the portions are too small for the price that youre paying.
