Very disappointed with the layout of the new building. I love Panera Bread and go often, there was always plenty of seating in the other building even though it was always packed and never had an issue finding a place to sit. At 1:30pm on a Tuesday, my husband and I had to walk around searching for a table about 4 times until we decided to sit outside next to the noisy, busy road in 90 degree heat because the layout of the design of the new building seems to have put looks before function. There is a HUGE open area for people to stand and order their food and get drinks, which doesnt really make sense since they have computers taking up space for people to order their own food right by where people are sitting. I dont know what else to say other than there was way more room to eat at the old building, but I guess they are hoping you use the new drive thru instead.

Despicable experience..waited in line for total 20 minutes. When I could finally order they were out of all steak for sandwiches, the chicken and rice soup, AND the bread for the sandwich I ordered(I tried ordering three different types of sandwiches before I found one they actually werent out of...) I came home. I opened the bag, and I see that they give me chicken noodle instead of french onion soup and they gave me the most pathetic bruised apple Ive ever seen. Yes an for all this wonderful food and a half sandwich, it was only 10 dollars. They never apologized once while I was there and they acted as if I was the one at fault for ordering a sandwich/soup on their menu that they didnt have. Thought about contacting the manager but Im deciding to never return instead.

Kelli and Ruth are awesome. Theyve worked there for years and Im always happy to see them. I love the aroma I smell when I enter the store. Panera has the best coffee with free refills and their Cinnamon Crunch bagels are a staple. I often find discounts and free items on my Panera Club Card. Ive been going to this Panera since it opened in October 2001. The dining and restrooms are always cleaned. The staff clean the tables quickly after customers leave. I sit affixed by the diversity of the other customers and how polite, helpful, and friendly everyone is to each other. The atmosphere is vibrate, alive, and very welcoming. Im always a little sad when I have to leave.

3/28/17 Waiting for my order at the pick up area and a gentleman named Ian in the kitchen is pretty "ticked off" that there are people ordering food at 8:00 at night (this is a college town). Cussing up a storm. Screaming from the drive thru window to the pick up counter. F bombs like crazy. Furious that they are out of baguettes and bacon. Totally rude to me!! I am shocked and appalled at his behavior. None of the other employees seemed bothered by his outrage. This guy should be fired asap!!!!

I feel like it has really gone downhill since they opened the new place. Ive consistently had negative experiences when I come here now. Coffee will be empty and no one replaces it, they double charge my card, I make a simple to go order of 2 bagels with cream cheese and they only give me 1 cream cheese. I expect this from a fast food place because you get what you pay for, but not Panera. Step it up or I wont be back.

Consistently inconsistent. Drive-through recommendation: always. Always, check your bag. It is a little better, but we often has missing items or are not charged sometimes for items or charged for other items. This low rating is not based upon one experience, but many. Also, make sure you confirm your sides otherwise you get a default bag of chips - even when you dont request them.

I dont leave reviews for many restaurant but this place is absolutely disgusting, and on top of that the quality of the food is sub-par. I ordered a "pick 2" turkey avocado melt with a cup of chicken noodle soup and THEY SERVED ME MY SOUP IN A DIRTY, PREVIOUSLY-USED BOWL. They offered me a new bowl of soup but that was it. I had already lost my appetite. Never going back. Disgusting!

Ive not yet been to this new place and from what Ive heard from friends and family, I have no interest. I remember riding my bike past it during construction and I remember thinking how ridiculous the parking and drive through configuration looked. I assume food is still good, but I may never know.

Terrible customer service. We arrived at 1045 for breakfast and took some time to make our choices. When we got to the front of the line at 11 the staff suddenly ran out of all breakfast items without apology. We left without ordering anything. Terrible experience

Food is just ok the price is outrageous and their employees are disrespectful rude and slow. I was once a loyal Rewards member who came here quite often but after my recent horrible experiences I will be cancelling my rewards card and literally never going again.

Dont bother. This place has become a joke. The price keeps going up but the quality keeps going down. The portions are now so small its really not worth it. The service has also gotten so slow and rude. I just cant recommend this establishment anymore.

Any Panera Bread will offer great atmosphere, tasty food, and free wifi. This Panera is no exception. With the addition of great service, this is one of the best ways for a student to get a quality meal and study session in a fresh environment.

The new location was nice and modern. They have also moved towards kiosk ordering at this location. The food and service was good, but the table we were sitting at was extremely sticky.. Overall it was a good experience!

Dirty. Hoping the new location will improve its cleanliness. Fruit flies everywhere. Dirty ice, leaking drink fountain. Went up there to tell them and the staff started laughing. Otherwise standard menu and prices.

Went into the drive thru to get a grilled sandwich. It took way longer than usual and after I took a bite into it the bottom was completely burnt. So now I know why it took so long....because you were burning it.
