The first time we ordered here everything went fine. We ordered, paid over the phone with a card, waited a bit long for delivery, but had good food. Tonight was our second attempt. Upon ordering, the woman told me they do not accept cards over the phone. Well, ok?? So after not even 5 minutes of making a phone call for my boyfriend to bring cash over, I call back to order. The woman on the phone asks if I was the one who just called. It then goes like this: "Yes, I just called." "You got cash?," says the woman.. "My boyfriend is on his way over with it." "Call when you got the money." "I would really just like to order now." "No. Ill call you back," says the woman. At this point I was curious as to how she expected to call me back without recording any of my information, so I said, "What the hell? Please let me order." The woman then began to scream at me in Chinese before hanging up the phone. It is about 9:45. Theyre the only Chinese food place around that is open until 10:30; the rest are 10. That being said, we didnt really have time to look for another Chinese place. Being scared to call back, my boyfriend called to place the order to pick up. She answered the phone again only to tell my boyfriend they are closed. "But your website says 10:30," my boyfriend says. And there she goes again, screaming at my boyfriend in Chinese before hanging up the phone. Here is the point: their good food isnt worth their terrible attitudes and awful customer service. Please, I beg you all, find a different place for Chinese. In a world where businesses are competing for customers, its appalling that they treat theirs with such utter disrespect.

I work at a hospital near this place and tried to place an order for delivery for my coworker and I. A woman answered the phone and informed me that they only take cash and to call back when we have the cash. I told her we have an ATM on site so that would not be an issue. She then argued with me about calling back when we had the cash. My coworker waved to me to show me she had the cash, so I said we have the cash now and would like to place the order. She questioned me about whether or not I was telling the truth. I told her we had the cash and we wanted to place an order for delivery. She hung up on me. I will never give this place my business and I will be telling everyone I know to not do so as well.

I love the food and have never had a bad experience with the food. However the woman who they have at the front is TERRIBLE. She is always on her phone and rude. If you call in she cuts you off and barely lets you finish your order before she hangs up. When you come in she stares at her phone and doesnt acknowledge you at all. The men who work there have always been wonderful both on the phone and when I come in. But its gotten to the point now where if she answers I just say nevermind.

Ordered beef fried Rice and when DA driver showed up he looked like he did something to my order I paid for the order gave him a tip went in the room in noticed a strong urine order coming from my beef fried rice I was in scum south Memphis didnt wanted to go to the ghetto save a lot its worse it was hot

@Golden China the customer service sticks. They messed up my order, argued with me abt it, hung up on me. Then turned around and told me they found my food on the floor. Didnt apologize and was very rude and nasty. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment!!!! Then they mad at Trump....

Great food. Delivery sucked. Ordered wonton soup. Top was punctured and all the juice was in the bag. I called back and she told me to give them back the old one. Okay. Then she calls back and says I need to bring it to them!? It was delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

VERY rude,horrible customer service! Food isnt that great to have to deal with bad customer service...especially the lady answering the phones....the delivery drivers act like they have absolutely no issues being rude aswell.

This is a joke. They dont actually deliver, apparently. I live 3 miles away, in Evergreen and the lady told me on the phone "they dont go that far" and "no, too dangerous." So, no, dont order from there. Its a joke.

This spot doesnt look that appealing, and the area is one where you definitely should watch your back, but if you are not a scary type individual then you just might be able to get some really good Chinese food.

I am a regular customer. I love Golden China!! I like their Sweet&Sour Chicken, & cheeseburgers. They deliver quick as well! I just dont like how they make Philly cheese steaks! But other than that their ok!

The food is good, inexpensive Chinese. It is very convenient to Central Gardens, although on the "wrong" side of the tracks. No problem for me. I would highly recommend and will be back.
