The Smokey Mountain Brewery is a friendly, fun and delicious place to visit. The employees are happy and greet you smiling when you come in. After you have been there a few times, you are greeted like best friends. They easily bring up conversations to make you feel welcome and right at home. The manager always comes around checking on you making sure your service and food were great, and carrying on small talk which makes you feel even more welcome. Happy hour is when I like to go, there are usually a lot of people and the air is full of electricity. It is Monday through Friday from 4PM until 7PM. The large drafts only cost the price of a small draft, house wine by the glass is half price and well drinks are a dollar off. On Friday and Saturday nights they have live local bands that are always very good. There is a large dance floor where you can dance the night away. The menu selection is very versatile: wings, pizza, calzones, burgers, sandwiches and several entrees to choose from. The beer cheese sauce is delicious you can get it with a large fresh pretzel or on your steamed broccoli. My favorite sandwich is the “Big City Reuben” it comes with fries and is a very large plate of food. I always have half of my sandwich and fries to take home for another meal. The wings have many different sauces to choose from: hot, mild, teriyaki, and garlic for a few. I am sure any wing lover can find a sauce they like. I would definitely recommend making a trip to The Smokey Mountain Brewery. I always have a good time, feel comfortable and have never had a bad meal.

Our server was very attentive and was quick to serve. The food was delightful, however, the steak was over cooked. We ordered the "Ale House Steak (9oz)" medium with the two sides. Once the food was brought to the table, the steak had the "medium" tag in it. Once the steak was cut open, it was VERY well done. So well done, that you would think it was just black. So the server was called over and she immediately knew, and took it back with apologies. The second steak arrives with an almost identical steak with a "medium" tag, once cut the steak was close to a grey color. So our waitress apologized and went back again. Finally a third steak came out, with a "Medium" tag as well. Once we cut the steak, it was medium rare. At this point, I had eaten my sides and was no longer hungry for the steak. The manager at this point had made his way to our table, and explained to us that the steaks were not packaged properly, so therefore we were receiving the wrong cut of steak.... But again, the cut of steak was never a problem to begin with. The steak was over cooked or under cooked to what had asked.

Went in yesterday for the first time with my mother and husband. Took minutes to recieve our drinks, no complaints there. When it came time to order, our waitress was nowhere to be found. We waited 30 mins just for her to stop talking to coworkers and come take our order. No they werent busy, maybe 6 or 7 tables utilized tops. My mother and I ordered ribeye steaks (their most expensive steak) and my husband ordered a sirloin steak. Our steaks were the most bland I had ever gotten or tried to eat. Literally left 12 Oz of a 14 Oz steak on the table for them to throw away. My husbands was over cooked. Our waitress took forever to bring our check, because yet again she was talking to coworkers and not doing her job. I spent 92$ and some change and will never go back. I was never asked how I was doing, if everything was ok or anything. The only thing our waitress asked was,"would u like a box"... why would I want a box for the worst steak Ive ever eaten? One of the worst customer service experiences ever, and to top it off I paid a hefty price for it.

Beer and food were really good. Service was slow even after our waitress large table cashed out and left. We sat in the dining room, as far from the band as possible but it wasnt far enough. The band that played was able to slaughter all the 80s songs they played. The bassist seemed ok when you could hear it over the snare drum that sounded like it was played by Animal the Muppet. The snare outdid the bass drum! The sound mix made it nearly impossible to hear the guitar sounds or understand the singer. We thought it was due to where we sat until we went into the bar area. It wasnt. I was really disappointed that I couldnt stay and enjoy more of the beer but there was no way I could continue to listen to that noise while screaming at my wife and daughter. Id like to go back again but hopefully, if I do, there will be no band, a better sounding band or a divider of some kind to lower the sound in the dining room.

A filthy restaurant with horrid service, the food making any sports bar national chain seem like gourmet cuisine. The flatware was dirty, the replacement flatware was also dirty. The service took forever to come and even give us flatware that was dirty. The sides were extremely limited, and the servers were unwilling to substitute a salad for one of their sides. The server confused honey mustard salad dressing with sun dried tomato vinaigrette salad dressing, and was unapologetic about all these issues, which were brought to their attention. The mushroom burger I ordered seemed to have invisible, tasteless, textureless mushrooms. The one bright light in the whole affair was later, when we notified management, they did offer a gift certificate at another restaurant owned by the same company. But the experience was so terrible, that I could never bring myself to go back.

Atmosphere is what a sports bar is expected to be, dim and loud. Not conducive to conversation. Decor, well, not much to say there. One does not go there for the decor. Service fluctuates between poor/fair to good, but there wasnt an in between. The last timr I went, I eaited at the front desk 5 minutes and no one showed up. I walked into the bar the bartender was at the far end speaking to a customet with his back to me. He never turned, so I imagine the customer never said anything. I then went into dining room and waved 2 young ladies down. They came and never apologized for the wait. Two other times I waited inordinate smounts of times for water refills, irder to be taken, food, bill, take home boxes, etc. All I usually irder is water and those wonderful pretzels. For now on, its curbside for me!

The food was pretty good. Service was terrible! The outside sitting wasnt busy. I believe our server had friends at one of the tables. That was the table with the best service. We had to call to get her to refill our beverages. When she finally came back with our check, she spilled my full glass of water in my lap! Yes she apologized but do you think she could have discounted us the price of a lemonade, no. BTW, refills are an additional charge. Maybe one of the other locations are better...
