From the rude hostess who seemed disgusted by the idea of having to do her job to the ridiculous amount of time we waited for medium done burgers this experience was comically bad. Called ahead to put our name on the list and were assured it was done only to find out from the hostess that was not the case, and finding us a table amongst multiple obviously open tables seemed beneath her. Waitress was sweet and attentive initially however when we were seated two adjacent tables were seated simultaneously. These tables ate, paid, and left. The tables were bussed and reset before we got our burgers. One of which was wrong. When we asked for onions (that were supposed to be on the burger to begin with) we were brought a small plate of completely frozen onions with obvious ice crystals. Both the turkey and beef burger were unseasoned and lack luster at best. Went to the salad bar which had far less variety than usual with obvious open spaces to find no plates. A small line formed while we attempted to get the attention of the hostess. She rolled her eyes and said shed get someone. Walked all the way to the kitchen and grabbing a stack of plates must be beneath her because she returned to stare off into the distance as we waited for someone else to bring plates. I waited tables and hostessed for years and usually avoid criticism, but this place was laughable.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. If ONLY I was exaggerating! I NEVER write reviews! EVER! The ONLY positive part about our visit was our waitress. She was very nice and very attentive. Despite waiting over 45 minutes for our appetizer, the appetizer was COLD & DRY (it was the Thai Phoon Shrimp if anyone wants to know). Our waitress was nice enough to comp the appetizer and substitute with another, however we waited another 40+ minutes for that just to learn the substituted app was coming out later than the entrees. AND THE ENTREES! I ordered the California pasta with vegetables (why does an all vegetable dish take 40+ to prepare??) It was incredibly inedible! The plate looked as if the chef grabbed my pasta in his hand and threw it down forcefully. Also, this was a Saturday afternoon. It was not busy AT ALL! Go at your own risk!

My mother, sister and I met at this Ruby Tuesdays for lunch on September 11, 2016, around 1:00PM. Our table was dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting, the food seemed to be thrown together. We had to wipe our chairs as there was spilled coke on the seats, and the table was sticky. We ordered the trio sampler for a starter. The fries and spring rolls were cold, the chicken strips were hot and full and grease. Two dinners came out and the third came out about 10 minutes later. The food was either over cook or not cooked enough. Please choose another restaurant, save your money and go elsewhere.

Wow...they advertise a new salad bar with over 70 items. Yeah, about 25 different kinds of chickpeas. The location is also horrible. You can see it very soon after you get off the highway, but figuring out how to actually get to it is tricky. The building is actually in the parking lot of a hotel, and you have to take a side street and then drive around the hotel to get to the restaurant. Edit: after several more visits, Id have to say the food is definitely decent, although fairly high. Id say worth the money. Even the salad bar has grown on me. It is definitely fresh!

It has been a while since I have eaten here, it has gone down since then. The restaurant was not busy and looked fully staffed but service was so slow. We ordered fairly quick but waited 30 minutes for drinks, another 10 after that to just get the silverware to eat salads with. A hamburger and pasta took an hour. The pasta was dry as well as the overcooked burger. For not being busy we also had to wait for the salad bar to be stocked with clean dishes. I agree with another post that the portions have decreased. Plenty of opportunity to improve.

I had a great experience at this location. The server, Vanity, was friendly and efficient. Our food came out in a timely manner and everything was delicious. I had a burger and the salad bar. Whats not to love about Ruby Tuesdays salad bar!!! It has everything and its always fresh.... This time I noticed they added Wasabi peas. Great addition!!! The triple prime bacon cheeseburger was juicy and well seasoned and the Ruby Relaxer cocktail was refreshing!!!!

We went within an hour of them closing but the service was still excellent. The dessert and beer I had (Some seasonal Sam Adams) was good but I wouldve preferred if they had Guinness but the Sams Adams was good. The burger was apparently great because I was lucky to have snagged a photo of it because moments after my friend finished the burger and was quite satisfied. 4 stars cuz they were out of Guinness that night.

Always liked Ruby Tuesday for the salad bar but its gotten to the point to where the salad is the only thing worth coming for, but even still theres only a few new items on there worth getting. What doesnt make sense is how they have [chilis] ribs and [Cheddars] mash potatoes but charge almost twice as much for meals. Overall mediocre entrees, awesome salad bar unfortunately not worth the price, wont be back.

Wow, totally shocked as we had a great experience. The service was quick, friendly, professional and courteous and super attentive. The salad bar was neat, well stocked with fresh ingredients. We both ordered the Bella chicken and it was super delicious, very juicy, cooked perfectly with excellent grill seasoning. Probably the best ruby Tuesday existence Ive ever had.

Ive been to this location several times and overall the experiences are good. Service has been hit or miss tho I would definitely recommend asking if Quinton is on duty. Hes always spot on and has a great personality. Nothing like getting a server who doesnt like their job :/ You cant go wrong w/ RT salad bar.

This Ruby Tuesday was running out of food, and ill-prepared for service. After waiting 25 minutes, we were told they were out of broccoli, the meatloaf was burnt, and employees were openly complaining about their checks. How about better service for better tips? Very poor for quality of food, overdone.

I am really sorry to have to dump on this place but... Went 3 times - thinking "it cant be as bad as the last time" but it was. Food took forever. Saw 2 seatings of folks come and go while we sat leaning on our elbows. Food was not worth mentioning. It reminds me of when Shoneys hit the skids..

I travel all over the country. This particular location is A-1.. The wait staff is great . You really must try the crab cakes... The restaurant manager was involved in the service which is in my opinion a great sign of a great restaurant... When in McDonough stop by and enjoy a superior meal...
