B-Line is our #1 go to place when our schedule dictates its time to eat, but everyone is to tired to cook. All their food is good and homemade. The quality is consistent, we never leave unhappy. Our favorites are the White Chicken Chili, Turkey Ruben, bread sticks with the homemade cheese spread, B-LINE Special Pizza. The beer and ice tea are our drink of choice. The ice tea is consistent and fresh and with a season appropriate beer selection you know their attention to detail is part of their operating plan. B-LINE is like your typical Northern Michigan bar restaurant. Only item needing improvement is BBQ ribs. Ribs are your typical par boiled reheated overcooked fall off the bone dinner. The ribs without the sause is just a mouth full of fatty tallow flavor. One entertaining aspect to note. Sit at the high top looking into the kitchen and watch the attitude of the cooks as the deliver the food to the bar. Its entertaining.

Food is great, no beef about that. Service however is not "uncompromised service" as stated on website. I would be embarrassed running this place with the service that is provided. Either need new management, less teens (or more) depending on where the true problem originates. Whether picking up an order (after waiting 5+ minutes to be acknowledged) or trying to get home after a meal at the bar (waiting 10+ minutes to cash out), Ive been a customer for over 2 years and it keeps getting worse. CHANGE THIS PLEASE!!!!!! And clean the TVs every once in a while.

I like the food and the prices are good. The waitress I seem to ALWAYS GET is either completely lacking in any kind of interpersonal skills or just a complete jerk. She doesnt greet you just plops menus down and asks what you want to drink. She drops your drinks off and doesnt come back for 30 minutes. Absolutely no personality its like talking to a rock. I think that a gas pump gives better customer service than her. Her name is Joann. Avoid her section if youre able.

food is food right but not prepared right for the price! The last five times Ive ordered takeout or delivery its been either smashed, cold or old and not what what I ordered!!! Ive been getting food on and off form there for years always saying after words Ill ever go back. You decide for yourself. Hey you mite get lucky and theyll get the order right!

Service was poor right off the bat! She took our order waited approx 40 minutes for our food didnt bring the salads or bread sticks we had to remind her. The steak wasnt even the right one. Hard to get refills. Sucked! No discount offered for all the screw ups. Not happy with the experience at all.

I live in Howell, and pass this bar daily on my way to and from work. Ive never stopped in before, the yesterday I decided to pick up pizza from there and it was the best pizza Ive had in ages. I especially liked how the onions were sliced thin and were a little crispy from the oven. Perfect!

Thursday they serve a pulled pork sandwich that is killer! I do not see a smoker anywhere near the place but yet it tastes like it was smoked for hours. North Carolina BBQ sauce has the vinegar sweet hot bite with slaw and fries. I get there early limited quantities available!

Food is excellent. That said, service is usually horrible. Takes forever to even get a soda refill, maybe if you are a "regular" it isnt so bad. All menu items are a little pricey, though the quality of food is high. I still eat there, just dont go there if you are in a hurry

Ill agree with the best burgers comment. Although, their jalapeño burger gave me a nasty case of indigestion/gas. B-Line has a nice bar atmosphere, complete with second-hand smoke and wide-screen NASCAR. Next time I visit Ill be sure to bring my gas tablets with me.

Love the place. First challenging experience. The new waitress was really struggling. Brought wrong drinks, and never put in an order for one of the party, and 15 minutes later while everyone was eating it finishing, failed to realize one of us was still waiting.

Ive got to give this place five stars for the killer specials, I come here for that. I especially love the pot-pies, theyre absolutely perfect. A friend told me they also had a salmon salad (I believe that was it?) and loved that too.
