HORROR STORY,,,, My buudy and i docked at the marina thought it looked like i nice place with a good setting. Dont judge a book by its cover!!! Took us an hour to get seated which really wasnt an issue because they were busy im all about waiting my turn. We ordered filets and they tasted something out of the waffle house at midnight but whatever it gets better,, My buddy went down to the boat dock just like we saw 5 or 6 older gentlemen do to take an urgent call from his pregnant wife. After about 15 minutes of not hearing from him i went to go check on him. Our waiter and the manager stopped me to inform me that i could not walk outside until our meal was paid for which happened to still be on our table not even half eaten. I ended up paying the tab which was a cool 90 bucks for 2 people but neverless it gets better. My buddy finally gets off the phone so we go back in and he wanted to reverse the charges from my credit card to his considering it was my birthday. Which they did not have a problem with however a refund has yet to be seen but it gets even better, When we walked back outside to our table our waiter had thrown our food out!!!! They did offer to make us more food in shame but we were so overly offended at this point we said the hell with it got back on the boat. I will never set foot back in this place again! Safe yourself some trouble and do the same.

Usually I dont like leaving reviews but this one warranted it. My wifes ID expired a day prior to today. Our fault? For sure. Most restaurants you go to the waitress lets it go. I mean this is America, not Nazi Germany. Not this place. This place is obviously not "Murican. Not only did she ask us to leave but the manager was very rude about it. Have fun going to a restaurant that only cares about the money they make and not about repeat customers. I get it. Their main customer is the typical rich spoiled person who has never had to worry about anything in their life. To you I salute you with the middle finger. Ill go enjoy FREEDOM somewhere that loves AMERICA.

Upscale casual lakeside dining with lots of options for indoor and outdoor seating. My favorite dish here is the Rosemary Pork Tenderloin with Swiss Cheese sauce. The sweet potato casserole with brown sugar crumble is fantastic and the pork is always perfectly cooked. Lakeside does a great steal as well. Its a little pricey, but the atmosphere and service absolutely justify the price. Outdoor dining goes just up to the coldest of cold with heaters on the patio. Great for larger groups, but definitely call ahead, especially on weekends.

Relatively new to area. Got great recommendation about Lakeside Tavern so decided to go for date night with hubby. Wait staff is great. Did not rush us in ordering which was wonderful as we wanted time to relax and enjoy. Food came out and as someone else noted, portions are generous. Yes, across the lake way in the distance there was a train that went by. But to us that added to its charm. We will definitely be return customers. May even be where we go for family celebrations.

Were from out of town and went here for my moms birthday. Chose it for reviews and fairly reasonable prices. Was not disappointed! The service was great with friendly and very competent staff, the meals were delicious, and the view was beautiful. I was blown away at how quickly our food came out of the kitchen especially for a party of 10. No reservations but had 30 minute call ahead seating which still worked out well for us. Would definitely recommend.

If youre looking for excellent food, incredible view and ambience, this is your place. If you go during a busy time (Sunday brunch, Saturday night) I recommend call-ahead seating. Otherwise be prepared to wait 45-60 min. Weve waited that before though and its still so worth it. Plenty of seating and scenery to keep you content during that wait time (and we have two little kids). We love Lakeside Tavern. Also, Andy (server) is awesome.

I love the location & set-up of this restaurant. Their Sunday brunch is very good, although you should pass on their made-to-order omeletes (greasy/). Their dinners are good. I recommend their fish plates. We dock our boat at Concord & enjoy the patio area. Service was just ok. New girl didnt know if omeletes were included with brunch & she rarely came by to top off my lukewarm coffee. Still its worth a try...

We found this awesome place as we were passing through Knoxville in route to Gatlinburg and boy are we glad we did. The food was amazing and the service and views of the lake just topped it off. Our server, Elijah, made us aware of happy hour so we tried the fried Asapargus and had some delicious drinks. For our entree we tried the Talipia which was incredible. We highly recommend this place!

The atmosphere is great... The quality of the food was deplorable. For the price I would expect they would have a chef who knew what they were doing. Not the case. The crab cakes were mostly bread filler and the chicken dry as a bone. They need a new chef or better management. If you go there just do drinks and appetizers.. Go somewhere else for dinner.

Ive always had good experiences at Lakeside... the food and service is great, and the view is awesome, especially in the summer when the marina is at full swing. You can visit by car or boat, and on a hot summer day on the lake, its nice having a place where you can dock and grab a bite to eat and have a cold one.

Sat outside, view is excellent. Order fried asparagus starter, cup of clam chowder and a sirloin steak. Everything was top notch at very reasonable prices. Clam chowder wasnt traditional, had a hint of something sour. Maybe lemon? Possibly not for everyone, but tasted great. Steak was tender and juicy.

You go for the view and hope for the best with the fare. Some menu items are done well: clam chowder, burgers, the bread is a great starter, but it falls down when it comes to most other items. Lacks flavor or interest. Go for the drinks, the scapes and keep it simple when eating.

Was told by family how great the food was. Took son and his family for son birthday. Was disappointed in the breakfast part of the brunch . Eggs had no flavor and hash browns and gravy were just avg. I might have caught them on a bad Sunday. Rest of family seemed to enjoy it.

The food was fantastic, the staff was great, and the ambiance was awesome. We got probably the best table in the place. We were in the back corner. They pulled back all the windows so it was like we were outside, but didnt get rained on. It was an amazing view.

One of my favorite places to eat in Knoxville, primarily because of the views. The food is good not great, I really like the fried grouper. The service is usually very good. Eat outside on the patio if the weather permits, it is a nice experience.

We were passing through Knoxville, but saw high recommendations for this restaurant. I enjoyed their clam chowder, and an appetizer of Tuna. Most of all the view was beautiful, you could see the lake from the table we were seated.
