This place is great. I love their Philly without mustard or pizza sauce. There fries a exceptional. Ive only had one bad experience with one of the crew members. When you go in they ask you what your name is and put it in the computer. I told the guy my name was Tamela (sounds like Pamala bUT with a T ) when my meal is readying the same guy calls my name out as Tameka. This has happened on three occasions last year which turned me off completely. Its like you heard me when I said my name, you spelled it out on your computer, so where in the heck are you getting Tameka from. Im like yeah Im black but dont give me a black name, especially if its not mines. People screw my name up all the time.... I get called Ta-meee-la, Ta-male-la... because the way its spelled, but not a name I just said you for and 10 min later you call me something completely different. And again this has happened on three occasions with the same staff member. Two of those times it happened twice in one week. The second time it happened the guy calls me Tameka and as I was leaving another staff member yells bye Tamela. So Im thinking seriously, he heard me say my name and he wasnt even taking my order or checking me out. I stayed away for a year. Im not sure if that same douchebag is still there, I hope not. But everyone else is and always has been awesome.

This was my first visit to Penn Station. The place looked clean. I was undecided but the employees were kind and helpful making recommendations for me based on my food preference. You can turn any sandwich into a salad, which I did. The tomatoes and other toppings were fresh. The cook did a great job and had a good attitude. The chicken wasnt over cooked and the plate was well rounded. They cooked the meat fresh right there so it wasnt "instant" but it didnt take them long to prepare it either. If this is the norm for this store, Ill be back for sure. Two-thumbs-up!

First time trying this place. I placed an order for take out. I was at this place for about 40 min. I should have checked my sandwich before I left because I got home and they got my order wrong. Kind of dissapointing, but the fries and lemonade were good.

Great taste! Marcus and his crew are fabulous. They do a great job with all of our catering needs. Highly recommend them. Excellent prices and box lunches are huge! You have to try the lemonade!!!

I used to eat in a Penn Station in Cincinnati back in the 80s and it brought back a lot of memories. I love that the food is made to order and all the ingredients are so fresh.
