This is actually a 0 star review. Nothing about my experience was pleasing. In a rush, I placed an online order for Which Wich in Bloomington. It said it would be ready no later than 5:16pm. That works, I thought, since I needed to be on the road by 5:20 for a meeting. Well, Im there at 5:10 and immediately go to the pick-up area. Upon flagging down an employee and telling him I had an online order, he abruptly turned around and continued working on another customers food. 1st red flag. I then figure, Im early, so I sit and wait, hoping that my food will be ready no later than 5:20, when I have to leave. 5:20 came and went, with all attempts at getting attention unsuccessful. 2nd red flag. In a angered mindset, I approached the counter at 5:40 and told them I had food that was supposed to be ready at 5:16 and was here to pick it up. The employees reply: "We dont check online orders". Strike OUT. Excuse me? I go online for convenience and because Im rushed and those arent even looked at? At this point, another employee comes and tells me to fill out bags for what I ordered (2 sandwiches and a shake). And of course, there are 7+ bags in front of where mine would be, which should have been completed by 5:16. No, I didnt fill out bags. No, Im not fixing your colossal screw up. I wasnt in a position where I could waste another 30+ minutes on my order somehow getting lost. I missed my meeting and havent enjoyed any dinner yet. Due to not getting food and the EXTREMELY unprofessional response from these employees, the charge will be disputed as I did not get the product ordered (food at 5:16). Which Wich, dont allow online orders if theyre just getting thrown away. Dont place online orders here. Youll be disappointed by the employees and service. For decent food, I wont be visiting again.

Im very indecisive with ordering food, so I LOVE the way you order here - writing it out on a paper bag, then they ring it up and make it. I tried the muffuletta, which has salami, ham, and olive tapenade. Feels so fancy and is sooo tasty! Great tasting, great quality. And the staff is very friendly, they really try to take care of their customers. We brought our dogs and sat outside, and the manager even came out water for the dogs!

I love qhich wich sandwiches as they have good options and you fill out everything on paper beforehand so its quick and easy to order. Just removing one a star as both times I ordered a sandwich it was overstuffed and not properly wrapped. I have been to other which wich locations and one thing they are usually best is wrapping our sandwich really nice.

I like that you fill out your order on a paper bag before you pay. You dont have to wait in line for other people to make up their mind or for the cashier to enter a complex selection into a computer. The options for sandwiches are nicely varied, and they have several tasty and filling choices for vegetarians.

This sandwich shops employees have the audacity to spit in food! It is the worst. The employees are rude, the food is nasty, and after eating here I got diarrhea. Do not eat here at all cost.

If you dont like talking to people, which Which Wich is a good choice, since you write your order on a paper bag. But its otherwise just another sub sandwich restaurant.
