Ok, almost all of my reviews are neutral or positive. This describes my negative experience at Which Wich. I walked in (by myself) and was going to place a go-to order for 3 sandwiches and sides. They have paper bags where you can write your order. I was the ONLY person in line. Two visible employees. One pouring sauces from one container to another. He never looked at me. The other came to the counter as I was standing there to place my order. I said " Id like to order 3 sandwiches to go. Can I just tell you what Id like?" ... Her response was "No, you have to write it on the bag..." and she spun on her heels and walked away. I looked at the bag in front if me for a moment and contemplated filling it out, but I believe I chose the better option of walking out the door and to another sandwich place. Rude. Disappointing. I live here. Theres plenty of other options. Never again

Sandwich was good. It wasnt difficult filling out my order. You can either get a custom sandwich and check what you like, or simply check one of the pre-made "favorites". Staff on shift were friendly and engaged in active conversation while our sandwiches were being made. The shakes are a bit on the thick side, which wasnt an issue for me. Id recommend to try this place out at least once to develop your own opinion. Dont let someones one-time bad experience deter you from giving it a shot

Their sandwiches are actually decent. But you have at best a 50 percent chance of them getting your order right. Its odd though because you mark on the bag what you want. So there is not really the issue of the order being taken wrong. And they arent particularly quick for a sub place. I know its tough to find good people, but there never seems to be anyone in charge.If you have the time and dont mind having to double check your order, I guess its OK. I hope they get it together.

We were the only people in this place and I see why. First off the two employees seemed a little irritated we were there. We ordered a bag 1 Turkey sub and a bag 1club sub. The turkey sub hardly had any turkey. The club sub, which says on the menu comes with turkey ham and bacon, came with only turkey. I dont understand the outcome of the subs.

There is no line and sandwiches took over 10 minutes. The employees are not very friendly. And their napkins or paper towels on a paper towel roll so for to go orders you have to walk up to someones table get paper towels off a roll then fold them up and put them in the bag. Thats dumb. Plus ice machine is out.

A few dollars over what your total would be at subway , but it is so much healthier. Love the atmosphere. Their sandwiches are awesome and the employees were very attentive. They have a great selection and customization process! Definitely recommend it.

I heard great things so I stopped at Destin Commons to try it out. I just got home and my sandwich is wrong. So pissed. They must call it that because no matter what you order, you are left wondering "Which, wich" you will end up with.

Went to the one in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The staff was awesome and very friendly. The sandwiches my boyfriend and myself had were delicious. We both got hot subs and topped it off with a oreo shake. All for a good price too.

Feeling hungry, I thought Id grab a quick sandwich. Waited 45 minutes for that sandwich before I regained consciousness and got my money back. If you want to eat here, place your order the day before and maybe youll be fine.
