Normally service and food is great here. I eat here all the time....well i use too until now. After the way i was treated i wont go back. Went one morning around 4am. I was very hungry and tired and just worked a long 11 hour shift. I wanted something quick to eat so i could go home and go to sleep. Didnt happen. Never got my order. So when i pulled up the employee was out in the parkinf lot talking to someone. When she was taking my order she was still talking to the guy i could hear him in the background on the speaker. She couldnt get my order right and couldnt tell me the total cause she was still outside taking my order while talking to someone else. She told me to pull forward for my total. When i got to the window i sat there for probably 10 or 15 minutes and nobody ever came to the window to take my money or give me my food so i drove off with no food and when i pulled around the building to leave she was still outside talking to the guy like she was never gonna come in and do her job....this is just poor service.

Was there this morning, absolutely horrible!!! Very big and loyal Krystals lover but after this I dont know that ill go back to this location. The young lady on the speaker sounded dead to the world and was not very pleasant. I went inside and the manager wasnt much better and just plain rude. Jesus folks, dont like your job go find something else. So I finally get my order.. Stuff thrown everywhere, buns not steamed, meat was absolutely tasteless, it was dripping grease everywhere (I know burgers are greasy) but when I say dripping grease it was ALOT.. every bite almost was like someone was shooting straight grease in my mouth. Absolutely disgusted spending that money on my seven yr old daughter and I, and get such horrible service and food

Manager is very rude. While we were in line placing order he took a phone call and we over heard bits and pieces.. People if you are allergic to onions dont come here.. They will "scrape" the onions off and not bother to tell you that the burgers are cooked in the with the onion. Also we were trying to order and he said hold on twice. We told them they were out of ketchup in the dining room and we were told he would bring us some with our meal. He didnt and we asked again and he said I know I heard you. The dining room is trashed.. Garbage over flowing and trash in the floor..every table but two filthy.. I am just not impressed with the Krystal at all... Goodlettsville dont even bother.

I had breakfast on Sunday, July 17, 2016 around 9 am. The guy working the front counter took several minutes to come and take our order, and then when our food came (way longer than it takes at our usual location) part of mine was missing. He didn`t even bring my hashbrown crispers until I had finished my breakfast. And He kept going to stand by the grill and text or play on his phone. It was the worst experience I have ever had. Your Sunday crew at this location is horrible. I won`t be back on Sunday ever. I will go elsewhere.

This Krystals has definitely improved. I have been going to Hardees for breakfast for the past two years directly across the street. Due to horrible customer service there... I have transferred over to Krystals. I enjoy the delicious sausage and gravy Bowl. The staff always seems to be friendly and very willing to help. I give this Krystals a five star because of the major improvements that it has made over the past few months. Meredith Maines is a wonderful employee.

The Krystal in Goodlettsville has one of the funniest and supportive employees I have ever met. I dont remember his name, but he will do his best to make whatever he can for you and always makes the customer his number one priority. Because of his customer service, I go back their regularly. Krystals has not always been a go to fast food restaurant for me until now.

The employees here are the best. They are so nice. One time I only had $5 on me for food and my total was $5.01. They rustled up a floor penny so I could eat like a King that day. My fav employee is Carolyn, u go girl! Ive been here a dozen times and love coming in here for some grub.

Im a huge Krystal fan. Service was very good (used to be the worst in the entire world at this site). The manager was very friendly. My only complaint is that the fries (that I like better than any other fast food restaurant) were old and not warm.
