After 20 minutes in the drive thru lane I get to the window, pay for my meal and receive my drink, followed by a bag of food. I immediately look to check bag and it is full of burritos not my KFC K5 Fillup meal. I hand it back and wait for my order which they scramble to get together. I am given a 2nd bag again I check it and it again it isnt what I ordered. A new person comes to the window apologizing that they dont have any extra crispy chicken legs as they didnt expect to be this busy. I replied I am sorry that you didnt anticipate being busy at noon on a Friday just give me my money back. So here I am hungry at a KFC/TacoBell that is already out of extra crispy chicken less than 2 hours after they opened.

Worst place ever, walked in at 5:00 pm for dinner , placed our order and the lady told us sorry we have no chicken . We said what kind do you have cooked, she then replied we dont have any chicken of any kind. That is the biggest load of crap. If your name says KFC that stands for Kentucky FRIED CHICKEN!!!!!!!!!

Just purchased an eight piece chicken only. Cost me almost $20. Absolutely the worst chicken Ive ever tried to eat. I took it back but "no cash refunds." They would replace the chicken. Why would I want another bucket of crap! If I could give a minus rating I would do it!

I had to wait twenty five minutes for three pieces of chicken and some wedges with no indication of what the hold up was. On top of that the chicken was tough. Several tables havent been cleaned either.

Waiting too long for something that is fast food. The first person to take our order didnt finish it...meaning someone else had too. Then they gave a half hearted sorry for the wait as our food came up.
