Band Sushi Roll was fantastic! We ate dinner their the hostesses were horrible barely acknowledge us when we walked in. We were texted later when a table was available. Our waitress was terrible! She got our drinks and we didnt see her again until 20 mins later. She then got our appetizer. Came back 30 mins later for our dinner order. After our meals were brought we didnt see her again until it was time to pay. They put our gratuity in the bill since we were a party of 6. Which we would never have given her 18% tip! Good thing my hubby saw that it was in the bill because the other 2 couples we were with were putting a tip on theirs and yet we already paid it! It was listed on final payment gratuity for more tip. Shady billing! She was horrible the food was mediocre at best and customer service sucked all around! The bartenders werent the friendliest either! If it wasnt for the great band & dancing we would have never came back! Come on Hard Rock you have been better! I wont eat here again! I will come back if this band is back. Only for drinks and dancing! I rarely write reviews, but I felt people should know the truth!

Not trustworthy and service. We were there last week on Friday among many friends. My wife and her friend got the Blue Kablue drink. Taste was different but ok to drink. But it was rotten. We had the same dishes but only my wife and her friend (who took that drink) got sick that night. They were not able to sleep on Friday due to "food poisoning" of that drink and had a terrible end of the weekend drinking medicine and without able to eat anything. We sent an email to advise about the issue and they took days to answer that they would call back to understand the issue and they never did. They did not say if ingredients were discarded or not, so may be using for days. Very disappointed as I was always a Hard Rock fan!

We picked the restaurant due to the menu specials listed outside, to come in and find out none of those things were actually currently offered. Order chicken wings as everything else on the menu seemed over priced. $16.00 for Mac n cheese? Nope! Chicken came our with an entire bottle of BBQ sauce poured in them, almost impossible to stomach. Only had one small request a sandwich without tomato... but surprise! It comes out with a tomato lol. 3 time Ive come here due to a casino trip I was trying on, I think Ill just wait out my hunger from now on.

Eh dont bother with this Hard Rock. The standards are NOT the same as all of the others. My guacamole looked and tasted like it came out of a jar and the steak didnt have the same flavor as the other cards weve been to. My husband had been to over 200 Hard Rocks. My husband got the legendary burger and it was a little too raw. Fries were cold and tasteless. And no Wi-Fi!

After seeing a concert and spending some time gambling, we stopped in for a late night appetizer to kinda refuel. lol We tried the chicken wings and a couple of drinks. The wings were really good. We were also entertained by a live band while we ate, worked out perfectly. Very friendly and attentive staff.

My wife and I dined out before the John Fogerty Concert. Talk about EXCELLENT prime rib! Large and thick! Every bite melted in my mouth. Good sald and the vegetables on the plate were tasty. I highly recommend. Who would have though that great prime rib is in a Casino?

Terrible service. Went here for my friends birthday, 6 in party. Over 1 hr wait for table. Place was empty and we sat with our dirty plates and empty drinks. Not offered water, not asked if we wanted more drinks. 20 minutes to get our bill closed out. Wont go back.

Pool bar worst experience ever. SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT! staff could care less. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DONT GO!!! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. 1 Star only, because couldnt enter negative rating.

Ordinary dry over cooked burger at extraordinary price. Virtually empty yet very poor service. I would had sent my food back if waitress had bothered to show up. Service painstaking slow.

Had a delicious burger. The j-Bo. Service was amazing. Our server was Daniel and he was on point and personable. I would definitely ask for him next time I come back

Eat there last weekend. Food was good and I loved my pulled pork bbq sandwich. Only thing they forgot was the blue cheese on my burger. Still had a good time.

Great hard worming staff; however there are not enough staff to serve large Saturday night crowds. Food is always great accompanied by good entertainment.
