Very disappointing experience. Given the wrong pizza and wrong size. Called to let them know that they were going to give someone else the wrong pizza as well (mine). The manager offered to remake my order, which I declined because that would be another 30 min wait. In fact, he sounded annoyed that I called as a courtesy to forewarn them of the mix up. Well, after taking a few bites from a slice of the wrong pizza I found it was cold... like sitting out for 40 min cold. (BTW, its only a 12 min drive home so the pie should have been hot still.) I should have checked before I left, but I also shouldnt have to check. A credit or something would have been nice but the manager didnt even offer. Overall, not happy. Let the ratings be your warning!

All the employees are a bunch of kids who would rather talk with each other behind the counter than take care of customers. Took them 45mins to bring me my pizza which was cold and tasteless. The pizza was very thin virtually no toppings or cheese and very sloppilly thrown together. Other than taking our order and taking our money we had no interaction with our server. Even with our long wait time she never came to check on us. And had the nerve to request a tip. The pizza taste like California pizza kitchen or similar products found at any grocery store in the frozen foods isle. Disgusting! And it is way overpriced to be so crappy. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and call pizza hut!

Ive been here three times and each time felt like a mistake. The pizza is Papa Johns quality, but twice as expensive. The wait times are long. But the worst part is the fact that the owner makes his kids work for him. They clearly dont care about the job or the business, and they roll their eyes and storm off in a hissy fit when they dont get a tip on a carryout order that took over 30 minutes and had the wrong toppings on it. The owner seems to think youre privileged to eat his pizza and doesnt seem remotely interested in whether you get the toppings you asked for or not. Only way Id go back here is if I got a job with the CPS.

Great Pizza, but the waitress took 15 minutes to get our drinks and there was only three tables taken so it wasnt busy. We had to ask for refills several times and it took forever to get a simple pepperoni pizza. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but it wasnt and the other few people in there were having the same problem. The worst part was she wasnt up doing anything she was just on her phone. If you are working stay off your phone.

The pizza is great! We go to Nashville Pizza Co. every year during wrestling state championships, the kids love it as do all the parents. Its a win all the way around! If you enjoy mom & pop pizza this is the place your looking for. And there ranch dressing is a homemade recipe thats killer!!! Best on the planet hands down you just cant go wrong with Nashville Pizza Co. And they have beer on tap! I hope they never change a thing

Next time you want to get a hot pizza at home, call in an order to either NPC location. Tell them to under cook and do not cut. Then you can finish it off at home at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Tastes like you were sitting dining in. Tried with other brands of pizza, simply does not work. Its the great crust recipe they use. Enjoy

I LOVE pizza. This place was an utter disappointment. Neither mine or my boyfriends pizzas were good. We werent even able to finish them. This place is seriously the first and only place I have been to where I walked out without having to pay because of bad food. Their service, however, was excellent.

I used to work at NPC when I was in high school. I ate there almost every day for 4 years and never got sick of the pizza. The owner is also the best boss I have ever had and an all around good guy. Please give some love to this wonderful pizzeria, you wont regret it. mmm Im craving it right now!

Worst pizza in Nashville. Tried a large pepperoni pizza and greek salad. Crust was completely stale and the pizza just didnt have much taste. Almost no sauce to speak of. Greek salad was ok, but nothing special. I like to stay away from the chains, but I would eat Papa Johns any day over this.

My favorite Pizza / salad / beer place to go. Nothing fancy but perfect enough for a friendly and cozy home feeling. They do something with their pizzas what makes it the best Pizza place in Tennessee! Also try their salads! Small beer from the tap selection. The staff is super friendly!!!

My family and I go here every Monday for tge trivia night. The staff is always friendly, though they can sometimes forget orders, theyre pretty young high school teens. The sandwiches are good and the pizzas are good too. Keep the trivia there.

BEST pizza, if you like thin crust! Thin and crisp is their only type of crust, with so many toppings, it is awesome! Great service, and they now deliver to Forest Crossing, Alara River Oaks, Maplewood, and Southwinds!!

Pizza was overcooked & the service was terrible. They gave us our drinks, brought the terrible pizza, and never came back. My boys were out of milk the entire meal. I had to get up to ask them to bring the check.

One of the best pizza places in the area. The pizza is just delicious. Very casual sports resturant. Servers have alway been very pleasant, fast and helpful. Can get crowded around dinner time. Plenty of parking

I stopped by today for carryout. 2 young kids sitting at the bar, one of which must work there, drinking beer. The 2 young girls there were more interested in the guys than paying customers

One of the best pizza places Ive been to in a while. So much so we came back a week later. Pizza was delicious both times, service is good. Prices are great. Will be back many more times.

Bad service, worst pizza I ever tried. Would rather buy a frozen 99¢ pizza than this, in comparison they taste the same. Pizza was way too crisp there was nothing covering it.

My absolute favorite pizza place in town for thin crust... must try their mexican pizza, and if spicy bothers you, substitute the jalapenos for green peppers.
