We had a communication problem that was frustrating. The folks at Little Caesars handled it with professionalism and turned lemons into lemonade! I am most impressed with the way they handled the situation - they all acted with maturity, patience and professionalism, and - considering their ages (maybe 20s and possibly some teens) - they acted better than many, many other places of business with older staff (who should be more patient/professional/mature). My husband and I have the utmost respect for this crew and plan on returning to do business with them in the future. They all - Tyler, Marie & Justice - deserve raises!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I cant say enough to stay away. The staff is rude, liars, and hateful. I felt like an imposition. Never saw a smile. Very defensive instead of listening and being a problem solver. They claim there is no-as in zero- chain of command. I would not trust them to give me my familys food.
