We were there for two hours and never did receive the pizza we ordered. Waitress was nice, but it was just her taking care of the whole place. We were there more than an our before our order was even taken. We received one drink and two appetizers on the house. We waited very patiently for our pizza, but when we never received it, we went inside and asked for it to go and was told they never made it. Someone came up and told us, sorry, but we are closed. Not good, especially since we had our 3 yr old grandson with us and we still had to drive home 2 hours at the end of the evening. Other peoples pizza looked really good.....but we may never know since we probably wont ever try going back again.

My friend and I decided to take a random exit and find a pizza place today (July 2017) and stumbled upon this little gem. We were surprised to actually find a pizza place as the first restaurant in sight. Its small and cute and we felt so welcomed even towards the end of the night. I think our waitress name was Shelly. We got our drinks and food quick and it was excellent. The place was clean and comfortable. Everyone just seemed genuinely kind and took care of us. Im picky with pizza and the standard version was great. Perfect crust :) we found our new tradition spot everytime we head home on our trip back from Michigan.

I live in Chicago and love pizza but everytime I am even near New Buffalo I head to Roma Pizza in New Buffalo. Homemade, old school delicious pizza. Get it thin, regular, thick, or deep dish.....all awesome! Have to also add there beef sandwich is one of the best I have ever had! Make the au jus on site. Now they have karaoke and the dining room has been transformed in last few years. Try it once and youll go back!!!

The kids and I stayed at our favorite hotel this past Sunday night in New Buffalo. We asked them what the best pizza was to have delivered. They said, ROMA PIZZERIA. I have to say, it was perhaps the worst pizza I have ever had. Two pizzas, both way undercooked and the cheesy bread was equally undercooked. Not sure what happened but it was A total disappointment!!

Food was fresh and delicious, and our service was top notch. Our group had several dishes: chicken fettuccine, both raviolis, the lasagna, and two pizza turn overs (PTOs). Every Italian Dinner came with a mini loaf of garlic bread, so we ended up with a ton of bread that we didnt eat. Getting ranch dressing was an added bonus for the PTO.

This quaint little Italian joint offers a nice selection and small town service. The pizza is crust heavy with fresh ingredients. Didnt get a chance to try the "Chicago style", pie but being from the Windy City that title always makes me weary. Worth at try if you find yourself in the area.

The staff was very rude when we called to place the order, they dont have a menu online so we called to see what they offered and she acted like we were killing her. The food was a little more pricy then most places like them but the Philly cheese steak sandwich was delic!

If I wanted store bought bread-sticks - I could just as easily go to the supermarket and warm them up. Never in my life would I recommend anyone to waste their money here - might as well go to Little Caesars - they are more authentic.

They advertise that theyre open till 11pm ... tired to place an order at 10:50 and was told by the manager that they closed early and the kitchen was already cleaned for the night ... bad business folks

The pizza here is consistently very good and reasonably priced. The restaurant is always clean, and they have a fully stocked bar with a good beer selection at good prices.
