Got home Saturday 4/16/16 and noticed my order was wrong. Called and got the run around from so called Manger. After several minutes of this I got the real manager Christina Davis, who insulted me further by stating " Im not giving you money back so you can buy a 12 pack. I said excuse me? Christina Davis then doubled down and said " You heard me!" I lost my cool and only then did she say she would personally redo my order making it right if I would come back up there. Reluctantly I did just that. Once we left and began down the road I thought to check everything once again, to my amazement the exact same chalupas were missing this time as well. UNBELIEVABLE! Enough I said. NO MORE FAIRVIEW TACO BELL! I received this text from Christina Davis 5 minutes after leaving Taco Bell with my newly corrected order personally prepared by Christina Davis, Taco Bell Manager at Fairview. " Mr. Russell this is Christina at Taco Bell, your wife just pulled off without the chalupas." YOU JUST CAN NOT MAKE THIS STUFF UP!

I went by drive through wanting some dollar menu items. The wait was a bit long to get to the window but you cant help that much.When I got to the window it took about 15 minutes for them until they told me to pull around front and come inside. When I got inside I realized I wasnt the only one waiting, there were two others waiting there longer than I had. When they brought my food out they had no idea whos food it was and they had to look through all of it just to find out they hadnt even made one of my items and it was gonna be even more time to get me it. At this point I didnt even really care. I wasnt gonna wait five minutes for them to give me a refund for it and I wasnt gonna wait seven minutes to get my thing either. I really like Taco Bell but lately they have been ridiculously slow. They cant be having this with the new Hardees opening up.

I just went into this Taco Bell to get an order replaced that I had to pay extra for because I wanted supreme tacos. Because my name was not written on the list like I was told it would be female manager came to the window and told me and I quote we will not be replacing your 12 tacos. When he asked who I spoke to you I told him he said they were on duty then Im not replacing her tacos. This dick has gotten the last of my dollar.

The website lists a fax number so I was unable to speak with the Fairview Tn. manager. I ordered two naked chicken chalupas and got no chicken on the outside whatsoever-just bread shells and not much on the Inside. It was nothing like the new promotion promised but they knowingly took my money and served me crap. Not happy. They need a corporate intervention!

Everytime i have ever gone to the Fairview taco bell, the wait is VERY long. I thought when it first opened it was because it was new but here we are still 10-12 minutes sitting in the drive thru line. Not really FASTFOOD! This will be the last time i come to this taco bell.

Food used to be good but has seriously went down hill, and so has service I love having to check to make sure they put all my food in the bag, then its so much fun to not get what I paid for and have to go back to get it every single time.

The staff at this Taco Bell are the friendliest workers of any restaurant we eat at. We go here all the time and have nothing but good experiences, even when an order needs to be corrected after weve already paid. Five stars.

Way too much lettuce, its a taco not a taco salad. All the good stuff falls off. And the girl that was yelling the whole visit seemed a bit much..... Not a pleasant dining experience. But then again it is only Taco Bell....
